As Percy Stanton reached out to adjust the fan on the right side of the car, his trivial movement startled Isabel Smith.

Isabel opened her eyes and saw Percy's fingers gently flipping the air direction control button, he quickly retracted his hand.

Percy continued to drive, seemingly noticing that the occasional static from the radio signal was somewhat distracting, so he turned off the radio. The inside of the car then plunged into complete silence, eliminating the previous awkwardness.
