Chapter 139: Dad, You Liar (8)

Percy Stanton looked up and down at his son, who was standing on the porcelain shelf and barely taller than him, and said mockingly: "Raymond, when I lied to Sister Isabel, you didn't say anything either, did you? That means you lied to her too, and you don't respect her either."

"That's because you lied to Sister Isabel, that's why I didn't expose you." Raymond was getting a little annoyed by Percy's logic, huffing and puffing, staring at Percy and talking with his little lips opening and closing: "I was afraid you would drag me down, and if Sister Isabel found out you lied to her, what if she got angry and ignored me too."

Percy almost knelt down in front of his son's reasoning, but he still looked seriously into Raymond's eyes and said, "Raymond, you can't tell Sister Isabel our true identities."

"Why?" Raymond asked quickly, his tone still somewhat angry.
