Chapter 172: I'm Responsible for Her Life (13)

"Well, well, not learning good things at a young age, and even taking drugs!" The older policeman pointed his police baton at the man's head where the ecstasy pills were found, scolding and shouting. He then turned around and addressed Isabel Smith, "Miss, don't be afraid; now give us a statement."

As the older policeman spoke, one of the younger policemen immediately approached Isabel Smith with a recording pen.

Isabel Smith had just escaped death and had not fully regained her composure. She reluctantly sat up on the sofa, pulling at her torn clothes and barely covering most of her exposed skin. She forced a smile at the young policeman in front of her and recounted in detail how she was trapped in the private booth by several men, but she left out the part of Elijah Smith sending her to these men.
