On her journey to revenge, she came across a man who calling him beautiful was an understatement, but he was a beast and a ruthless king of the underworld, Katherine and Xander Ling fell in love with each other, but Katherine was too afraid of being betrayed again, so she shut out her feelings and refused to accept his love.

I Choose You For Eternity

"It's beautiful" Katherine said in aw as she continued to watch the beautiful colors of the setting sun, she shifted her body closer and then leaned her head on Xander's shoulder, his strong arm immediately went around her tiny frame and wrapped itself around her body, as Xander also leaned his head on top of hers.

"Hmn, it is. But I find you much more beautiful." Xander softly said as they continued to enjoy the sunset.

Katherine smiled at Xander's words, she believed his words to be true, because she knows that he is crazy in love with her, so at this point, she wasn't surprised to hear him say such words. "Tch! That's because you are too smitten by me." She uttered in a gentle tone.
