No woman has ever survived their experiments but Katherine did, she was luckily able to escape and vowed to seek revenge on the people that harmed her. On her journey to revenge, she came across a man who calling him beautiful was an understatement, but he was a beast and a ruthless king of the underworld, Katherine and Xander Ling fell in love with each other, but Katherine was too afraid of being betrayed again, so she shut out her feelings and refused to accept his love.

I Choose You For Eternity

"Hey, where are you going?" Xander asked when he saw that Katherine stood up to leave after they finished eating with a bag in her hand. "I'm the one in charge to bringing Lilly to the location, have you already forgotten that I told that Harris is going to propose to her on her birthday which is today?"

Right, he remembered. Xander was cursing his bad luck that it had to be on the weekends, he wanted to take his wife on a romantic date, but unfortunately for him, it seems that she will be busy that day. "Isn't the birthday party till later in the evening? Why are you leaving so early?"

"Well, technically the party will start at 8pm, but i want to trick her into having a 'girls day out' so that she wouldn't suspect anything, and besides, I would like to go to the beauty parlor and pamper myself a bit." She said as she examined her nails.
