Despairing Misery

As I stared at the devastated skies like a man who had fallen to the depths of insanity, I noticed three faint lights.

My widened eyes took some time to register what I was seeing in my brain.

But, the moment the image finally registered… I realized a despairing truth.

It was downright impossible, but I couldn't argue with what I was seeing.
