Needed Rest

"It's been three weeks, boss," Reed said, standing beside Aseko seated in front of a table filled with papers, hands held out in front of him. "You need to give this up already."

"No," Aseko said, taking a sip of the strongest black coffee he could find. "I am so close, I am sure of it."

"Boss, you have been taking care of the entire family in the morning and you have been trying to find this person at night," Reed said, trying not to be too angry at him but it is much harder than she thought it would be.

To see her little brother wear himself out for something he is not even sure about, to see him wear himself out for a gust of wind. Even Jean and Elijah are ignoring the same feeling they have but Aseko does not seem to be able to do that.

He is not even listening to Reed anymore, and is already looking through the papers with dark, heavy bags under his eyes.
