The said to be emergence of the mythological beast attracted a huge number of people around the countries, some start venturing the dark forest while some still gather materials and armed forces as entering the forbidden forest is a serious matter of putting their life on the line.

Entering was also already in itself difficult not to mention about leaving, the difficulty was in a whole new level.

The three days time arrived, a day Illi and her underlings set the time to also start their venture out in the forbidden forest.

Illi and her group start travelling on the morning for the hunting down of the mythological egg.

Three days back, Illi got quite a good harvest.

A lot of people gathered in Lin state which includes even the criminals, assasins, mercenaries and the like are no exception.

The Lin state always remain low-key, never attracting the attention of other country, if not for the emergence of the mythological beast, it will eventually never attracted attention.

And since its such a small country, people of other influencial countries didn't even put the policy of the Lin state in their eyes.

So, during this time, robbing, molesting and various other crimes are unavoidable and bout to occured.

And only Illi will think herself as lucky because she attracted such kind of criminals.

As soon as Illi came to know that some group target her she lead them to a dark and narrow alleyway.

But after leading them she didn't kill them off immediately because what if they never try to harm her in the first place? And that will be to Illi dissapointment.

'The heavens must have blessed her', that is of course according to her own deliberation, the group did try to rob, rape and kill her.

And Illi decisively kill them off wihout the slightest hesitation.

After killing them, she collect their internal organs and place it safe and sound on her fluid.

During the past two years, Illi discover a way to extract people internal energy and refine it into a pill, that was a heaven- defying thing for the people of her now era.

If it was her original, the year 3000 era, it will be what is 'expected'!.

With such a high technology and intelligence, Illi was sure that this feat can be achieved in three month time, but for her, there are no such technology anymore and left only with her intelligent.

She has to depend on her second best choice material, furnace and such are not great problem she faced, she has all of them at her space.

But!

She neither have a solar power nor electric power. No magnetic power ,no nothing. What control of void, space and what-not. That plaything cannot help her in it. Plus, she still work on extracting those variant abilities to make great used on her upcoming experinment.

Internal energy are limited for many extent in the face of research and experiment, for cultivation and martial arts, it was truly indeed useful. But, she is not a cultivation maniac!

Illi worked hard, Ok!!!

She is not a lazy girl, not before, not now and never will be, she is a workholic but only on something that have to do with experimenting.

She can work on for days and night without resting as a scientist work for hours and hours, days by days without rest, when they are in their 'that state', the only deficit that they faced will be the fact that human body were way too weak.

Thanks that internal energy exist and all this so called cultivation.

But almost all have their own certain limitation.

In her original world Illi doesn't need such, her arms and legs are replaced by a cyborg body. Not just any cyborg but the best of the best quality.

The appearance and working are just like human arms and legs, but more wonderful, strong an dtenacious. The arm and leg didn't feel pain, exhaust or any other nerve reaction.

If only her artificial arm and leg accompanied her, Illi would have already replaced her bodily arm and leg by such, but it sadly didn't follow her in her space, maybe she forgot to put the double spare in her space.

Stupid of her!!.

In this era, finding or making such a perfect artificial arm and leg that no one will realized it is an artificial unless you told them is just a wishful dream.

Thinking upto that point Illi felt like crying. QAQ.

Why must life be so hard?!!

Anyway the pill made out of the internal energy can be used to refill the depleted internal energy without a need for cultivating to restore the use dup energy.

Only she know how to form it and only her will ever know.

Because, if others aware of it, than how many will slaughter each other to take away each other stored internal energy?

The more you have a breakthrough ,the more your dantian space grow giving more space to store internal energy. But breaking through are hard even for a genius cultivator.The more space you have for storing your internal energy in your dantian determines your strength.

Though about the pill refinement method, Even if they did know, they won't be able to execute it!!

Such a heaven-defying technique, it was not a people of her now era can accomplished.

There is a gate at the entrance of the forbidden forest.

Two Lin state guard are standing and a large flock of cultivators and armed forces entered directly without putting the two Lin guard in their eye.

The Lin guard just looked on quietly without saying a word either.

Illi however decisively went towards the guard showing a totem that she has a 'pass' to enter the forbidden forest.

When some saw the action of Illi they just snickered disdainfully.

While some just didn't bother to put an eye to the foolish action.

The looked down on the Lin state is on clear display just by their reaction.

No one bothered to pay respect to the emperor of Lin state nor did they bother to have a totem of 'pass' entry to the forbidden forest.

"Its just some insignificant small country and they still dare to have such a thing called 'Pass' entry"

"Peh~ such a small country and just because a mythological beast is going to appear near their small little country they make such a shameless thing called 'Pass' totem, they should be already happy that the other country step on their soil"

Word after word of hurled flow out.

Illi didn't even bother to care the ignorant and foolish people.

X,Y,Z also followed the way of their boss ,showing a totem each.

To this three, everything their lady boss did was correct.

They would never questioned her even if it is the most unreasonable thing in the world.

And towards the commotion, since their lady boss didn't pay attention to it, they won't either.

The kind of dependence and obedience they had towards Illi , its Illi special method of training only she was capable of achieving.

Her special method is how she used to train her assistant in her previous life, she need absolute loyalty and obedience during her experinment time so she develop her own training method to people who worked under her.

As one of the people who have the highest IQ and a scientist who did a lot of experiment on human body, her special training has got to do with brain wa- *cough* Sorry in terms of Illi *cough* its 'Psychological training'.

The guard on seeing the totem, he took out a small box and pass it to Illi.

Illi after receiving the small box enter the forest.

Since she and her little groups are here for an entire differnt egg from other, their path stray further and further away from others.

When there were no one around them, Illi took out the small box the guard gave her and open it.

In there lay a map and at a glance you could see that it was the outline map of the forbidden forest.

Upon seeing the map Illi smiled.

She took out the map and pass it to X, the best navigator.

When X, Y and Z see the map, the three of them look at Illi ,bewildered.

"Lady Boss how do you know that they will have a map?"

X asked while Y and Z nod their head vahamantly. Clearly also wanting to know the answer.

Illi just hook up her begonia red lips.

"I didn't"

"Ehh….then wh-"

X didn't get to finish his sentence when Illi cut him off.

"Its thanks to your great lady boss intuition"

Illi said smugly.

XYZ, who have already got numb to her narcissism syndrome.

"Please enlighten us Lady boss"

All the three loyal and obedient littl- cough I mean big underlings said together.

Illi smile grew wider at her three little cute antics of her subordinates.

"How long have the Lin state exist?"

She first asked, the three obedient men think for a moment before Y replied.

"Five years"

"Think about it, five years living near the forbidden forest and there are no incident happened at the Lin state as far as it was known, not to mention the Lin state just pop up out of no where five years ago, no one knows how it established and the history of Lin state, then Z, when I told you to meet the emperor what is he like?"

Illi asked.

Z think about it before speculating a desirable answer.

"He welcome me warmly, a smile always hung on his face and he doesn't have any internal energy"

"That's where your wrong"

Illi state while Z looked at her confusedly.

"How can an emperor without a strength lead a country near a forbidden forest, X look at the map carefully and tell me where the Lin state is"

Illi said.

Following her instruction X Looked at the map intently after which his eyes open wide with shock.

Seeing his strange Behaviour Illi just smile while the other two ,Y and Z looked at him to tell him to speak out.

"Its… Its in the forbidden forest"

X said out.

"What do you mean its in the forbidden forest?"

Z asked clearly confused.

"What he meant is that the Lin city is apart of the forbidden forest"

X nodded his head like a duck.

"Please enlighten us lady boss"

Z said again, they can't understand a thing, so like always they ask on the person they depend their very action and mind on the most, Illi, their lady boss.

"The Lin state always remains low key from the start of its appearance, if not for the appearnce of the mythological beast it will be very likely that no country will ever notice that such a small country exist.

The last appearance of The mythological beast is a long time ago so no one know exactly what happened back then." Illi paused a bit before continuing

"This Lin state three days ago, I venture around it, there are at most only 40 house which are residence of Lin state. The most interesting thing is that the People of Lin state plant a flower that only exist in the forbidden forest, all belong to the centre region of the forest.

How can such a small and normal looking people can have such a plant?.

The other people may not notice because they looked highly similar to normal flower but a person like me, It cannot be left undiscovered.

Everyone knows how dangerous the forbidden forest was ,the deeper the more dangerous.

Although I don't know the mystery of this country but it is more than what it looks, its never wrong to be courteous to an unknown danger.

That day when I receive the harpy egg map, 'The ancestor' remnant soul remind me to be wary of the Lin state though he didn't have time to explain further as his soul dissapear.

Because of that warning I gave the emperor the 'carefree and worriless chrysanthemum chrysanthemum' medicine fluid, the fluid that can heal a certain degree of a wounded soul,I gave him so that we could establish a harmonious relationship and to lessen the trouble we might face, though I am not scared its always safer than to be sorry"

"Lady boss is the smartest, lady boss is the wisest"

The three animals of Illi chant their praises while Illi flick her hair here and there in a proud manner.

It can't be help, even in a dimensional ancient era, Her intelligent cannot be diminish. Haha.

She may not be able to solve the mystery but she can prevent a certain misfortune than those ignorant people who snicker at her at the gate.

Hmph!!! Lets see who can last longer, if by any fate she chance upon them and they were on their dying bed she will make sure to take all their body part and internal energy away.

Illi : "X navigate the map properly and point which place to go forward, we have to get the egg quick before red full moon arrive on the fourth day from now".

X: "Yes lady boss"

I was about to face my first semester exam and my phone is basically grounded. QAQ
