With another wave of killings started across Japan,the Japanese police and PSIA without any choice employ the help of two killers suspected of "White Killings" one year prior however they are unaware of one fact;one of them is the killer and is prepared to get rid of anyone who gets in his way while the other one is hell bent on capturing the killer to prove his innocence.
