A pair of heavy boots entered the house that was now swarming with soldiers. The soldiers all made way for the handsome Priest who was followed by a pair of Holy Priestesses.

The rich merchant was shivering, his body covered in a curse that would forever torture him and give him no reprieve.

A man so intoxicatingly handsome bent down, his dangerous soft eyes reflecting the fear of the man in front of him. He smiled sweetly, "What happened here?"

"D-D-Demons came." The man answered honestly, "T-They c-came and d-destroyed everything. C-Cursed me."

The priest tilted his head, his reddish blonde hair floating down, "Oh? Tell me about them. And don't lie."

"T-There was t-three demons. One was h-half human, m-my half daughter. A-Another a p-panther… A-And one with o-orange eyes."

At this, the priest's eyes widened curiously, "Orange eyes?"

"H-He was the worst! My c-child asked him to c-curse me and he d-did it with a smile!!! H-He was the most t-terrifying one!"

"Terrifying, eh?" His lips curled into a pleased smile, "How so?"

"I-I thought for sure he would eat me alive! B-But instead, he let me live! He said he would always be watching me!!! I-If I ever cause trouble, he will come back and finish the job! Even now, I can feel his eyes on me!"

"Hmmm?" The Priest stood up and looked at the shadows with a knowing smile, "I see."

The Priest stepped over to the shadows, smiling confidently. Although he couldn't see any eyes, he could feel a familiar sense from the shadow watching him.

He grinned happily, "My darling pup… I am so relieved you aren't denying your true nature… However…"

He pulled out a holy knife, "I thought I told you to never leave them alive?"

He turned back to the cowering man and started stabbing into his arms. He laughed hysterically as blood was splattered against the walls while the merchant screamed in agony. He flayed the skin, keeping the man alive as he tortured him.

As he stabbed, the priest laughed madly as he yelled to the shadows, "I knew it! I knew you were just like me!"

"My darling pup!"

"My precious son!"

"Keep watching!"

"Keep watching as he bleeds!"

"Listen to his cries!"

"HAHA! That's it!"

"You're becoming just like me!"

Orphelio smiled triumphantly, fully knowing that his precious pup had watched the entire torture until the man finally died. Only then did the familiar sense of being watched disappear.

In the distance, Asmonious clutched at his chest.

His breathing was haggard as his eyes widened in fear.
