"what's that supposed to mean?"

"I don't know.....maybe because anytime you hear his name you go into fan girl mode"

"I do not"

Grace loves her step sister to death but sometimes she can be so annoying

Anna Lu and Grace's relationship used to have the usual step sisters relationship where one sister bully the other. of course Grace was the bully in this situation but let's not go into who did what and why. Anna Lu's mother married her father when she was seventeen and Anna, sixteen. new people in her personal space, let's just say Grace went ballistic. it was bully or bullied, be weak and perish and all those crazy stuff, that and she was a rich, spoiled brat with issues.

did Grace do the stereotype evil stepsister thing and steal Anna's childhood sweet heart then later dump his sorry as*?, is Anna living her best life, happily married and two months pregnant?, did they talk things out and patch up three years ago after six years of being at each others throats? yes, yes and yes

"so you didn't do anything, sigh in admiration, try to touch his hair?" Anna teased

"shut up" she groaned

"just ask him out"

Grace stared at Anna like she a second head

"what?" Anna stood up walked over to the bar in grace penthouse, the green dress smugly hugs her body highlighting her baby bump.

"now tell me way you can't just ask him out"

"it complicated, guys like him don't go for girls like me. they go for nice girls with innocent smiles and bright eyes not crazy calculated bitches (sigh)" grace replied

"well...you are crazy" Anna said

"thanks a lot and I can't help it so..."

"I mean yes, you are a crazy bully but you are also smart, beautiful and hardworking. you're so hardworking its kinda sad"

"awwwwwn" Grace hugged her pregnant sister "thanks for the good part"

Anna chuckled and hugged her back. they stayed like that for a while until Anna's phone rang

"I should get going before hubby misses me too much" Anna say waving Grace goodbye.

Silence filled the apartment cause by loneliness

'let's get me to bed' grace said to herself as she staggered to her room

it was a Saturday evening so Grace decided to go out shopping..... alone

Anna had an appointment with the doctor and Grace's only other friend Maya Xin is presently abroad for her PhD studies. oh how she missed Maya, always making trouble and causing mischievous together, gossiping, shopping and the likes. Grace did not have any close friends in fact she didn't have any real friends they were all fake. she didn't really bother because she also fit perfectly into the 'fake people category' ( fake smiles, ulterior motives and all other messed up stuff). Maya was the only one she could tolerate and the only one who could understand and tolerate her.

Grace cat walked into the designers boutique looking confident and mesmerizing

" Good morning mam, welcome to 'chicks' bouquet" the attendance said with a slight bow

Grace didn't answer, she just handed her bag over to the attendant signaling her to follow as she browsed through the store

this is not the first time Grace had patronized this particular boutique and the attendant wasn't a new employee either. so she knew that grace falls into the rich spoiled brat category and knows not to mess with her.

as grace continue to shop, she bumped into her daydream/ nightmare, none other than Lucas Lin.

'what is he doing here' grace thought frantically 'is he here with someone?'

"Grace Tang?"

"oh its you Luna Lin" Grace said with a sigh of relief. she was kind of afraid that Lucas had a girlfriend. ' what are you thinking Grace? never going to happen remember' grace scolded herself

"are you okay?"Lucas ask in his signature rough, deep voice

' why did he have to be so perfect" grace sighed

" its nothing Mr Lin i just didn't expect to see you here of all places"

" its all thanks to my sister" he said pointing to the infamous Luna Lin

"guilty as charged, how are you doing Grace..." Luna said stressing the name grace.

QUICK LIFE LESSON..... don't bully the younger sister of your all time crush

Grace and Luna have a very unstable relationship sometimes they coexist and sometimes they clash and grace being the bully that she is... well. things don't go well when they clash.

" I'm doing good and I don't think I need to ask because you look good too"

after few seconds of awkward silence

" I think I and my brother should get going. Bye"

grace watch them leave the store, taking her appetite to shop with them. so she decided to pay for her stuff and go home. maybe watch TV while eating ice cream.
