[Ch.108] The Rabbit's Immortality

Ryu's eyes fluttered open to see the bright sun enveloping him.

The stench of blood and decay was all around him.

He let out a self-deprecating laugh, "I can't even die by removing my own head."

Ryu forced himself to his feet and shuffled forward.

Ryu entered the lake, leaving behind the blood and death.

After leaving the Lapis village, Ryu felt the taste of dirt was stronger than it ever was before.

Ryu had always detached himself from death and could care less if anyone died or if he killed anyone. However, that moment was seared into his memory.

Panzram was never there to stop him from massacring the entire village.

Because Panzram was never there, the original Ryu quickly got drunk.

He ingested the tranquilizer and had to endure the feeling of unwanted hands and bodies.
