Ian has been sitting on his bed for almost an hour trying to grasp that he was still alive after he finally woke up. He doesn't feel any difference, still a human, but didn't die because of the mark.

His gaze moved to look at the shirt that was wrapped around his hand "Isn't this Blade's shirt?" Whispered Ian wonderingly while looking at the shirt before he realized what actually happened.

Blade gave him his shirt just in case he wanted his scent if Nai came back, but unfortunately, his wolf didn't come back which means Ian can't smell his scent even if he tries since the only thing he can smell from this shirt is the perfume that all humans use.

The smile that appeared on his face when he saw Blade's shirt easily vanished when he remembered that Nai didn't come back.
