Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

<p>"Blarius Incedio," he yelled with his mouth, lifting up his wand as gently and smoothly as he could, as he watched everywhere in front of him turn to flames, shooting and covering Dosan, Wein and Makin as they scrambled as quickly as they could to defend themselves, casting spells, ice, wind, water, that they thought could help them in their condition.</p>

<p>Still, they couldn't avoid getting burnt and harmed as Anared and Natal, having backed off when they were asked to, decided to take advantage of the situation in front of them, as they also casted a few fire spells to buttress Ashen's own.</p>
