Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

"Good?" Ashen finally asked no longer seeing any reason to continue to unreasonably refuse,

"Good." Green nodded with a satisfied smile on his face, before retracting his hand back.

"So what about you? Did Sedulla help with your problem?" Ashen openly asked looking towards Sedulla as he said it who quickly smiled and nodded at Ashen before looking at Green,

"Right," Green replied with a cute smile still plastered on his face coupled with a quick nod as they both stared at each other while thinking various thoughts in their mind that they would never let Ashen know of.

"That's good," Ashen said, deciding to no longer ask any more questions and wait until he and Green were alone before delving into the issue.

Just as Ashen was thinking of leaving since their reason for coming was already achieved, he somehow felt Sedulla's questioning gaze on him. He had just raised his head to find out why when he heard her speak,
