Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

Over and over thoughts of achieving out filled Dosan's mind especially since he felt that it was better to be a coward and for him to live than for him to be dead just because he couldn't say no. Yet, no matter how much he spoke to himself and geared himself up, he still couldn't bring himself to go to Makin to say no.

That night was the night they felt they would be contacted with Wein having contacted them the minute Makin accepted the suggestion and decided to join the organization as long as they could provide them with more power that would enable them to rival the one Ashen already had.

All three of them went for dinner as usual in the cafeteria along with the rest of their friends as Dosan did his best to mechanically eat up the food on his plate regardless of the fact that his heart wasn't in any way there.
