Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

Green and Ashen got back to the academy that same night with both of them instantly falling on their bed almost at the same time without even bothering to take off their clothes or take a shower.

Ashen could feel himself slowly drifting off to sleep when he suddenly began to feel Green's restless body rolling back and forth on the bed beside him.

This went on for a while with Ashen deciding at first, to simply wait it out but the more it continued, with it looking like it was never going to end, the more Ashen found out that he could no longer remain silent.

"For whatever person's sake that you wouldn't be averse to listening to, Please tell me what you're doing right now,? " Ashen asked with his face turned to the left side, in the direction of the wall, not wanting to even shift a little, since any large movements would instantly drive away the sleep that was at the edge of his consciousness.
