Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

"YEAP…I don't think Green has very long,"

"Then why didn't you stop him? Why did you allow him to take Green away?" Ashen asked in a petrified voice unable to understand what more Telemon could want from him to allow Kisora do such a thing,

"You make it seem like I had a choice. The only reason I'm still here in the human world talking to you is because Kisora is so much stronger than me. Strong enough to kill me if he wanted to.

"Kill you?" Ashen asked unable to understand what Telemon meant,

"I don't think the meaning of the word "kill" has changed within the last twenty-four hours,"

"Yes. And Kisora is a thief," Telemon replied right before he went ahead to tell Ashen about all the things Kisora had done the moment he was sure he had his rapt attention.
