"Okay, get to your point Mr. Jacobs," Cathy cleared her throat.

"Okay Mrs. Davis, can I stand up?" I asked.

"Uhm, no problem," Cathy nodded.

"Okay, ladies and gentlemen," I got up from the witness stand "I love Precious and I chose Precious. So, Samantha is angry at the fact that I chose Precious. Now, Mrs. Davis, wouldn't you get jealous if that one person you love chooses someone else over you?"

Precious and her mother just stared at me probably wondering where I was going. Cathy just kept quiet.

"Of course, you'd get jealous," I continued "all of you would be jealous if someone chooses someone else over you, that's human nature. But imagine if you were a spoilt brat like Samantha, someone who doesn't know how it feels to be told no. Imagine how ego drives a person like this one. Mrs. Davis, do you still need to ask why would Samantha harass someone like Precious?"

I glanced at Cathy, who shyly looked down.
