Unlike most that were not able to notice Reece's figure moving across the street at a fast pace. There were some whose senses were able to keep up and they saw the yellow light that dived across the street, only leaving a brief flash that can be mistaken for illusion.


Turning away from the window, the man sat down on his seat and asked. "How high is the chance that Korus remains in the hand of General Riber?" The man asked in a muffled voice.


The room was already set up with detection and sound suppression devices to prevent any words from the room from getting out.


But Riber city has been striking down on many spies like them and from what they understand of its mayor. Most of these spies were personally found by Wilkis using his drones.


So even in this protected room, there was a fear of a leak.


"Thirty percent at most. Placing someone in the research department has been hard. The most we could do is befriend a few of them and extract information from their daily talk."
