3.28.2 Mother will do what father couldn't

In the Citadel of Federation, a heavy discussion was taking place.

The center of which was Robin, who had a worried but somewhat frustrated face.

"There was no need to take such drastic actions." Chancellor Robin said with some worry. "We could have saved them if we went there early, and bombing them also places us in ugly positions to other variant human tribes."

Robin was worried about the precedent that they have just set. Around four tribes were annihilated by the federation using expensive artillery with no survivors left. If word of it reaches other tribes, then the backlash due to it would be immense.

The relationship they have been building for the last two decades can end in a flash, which would increase the danger that the federation has to face.

There was also the fact that the plague is drawn to populated areas and no place is more populated than federation cities.
