Chapter 29

Now that Jaxtyn has giving her an opportunity to leave, she kind of felt reluctant to do so, especially when his comforting words had soothed her so much.

Her pale eyes became a shadow of her heart, it clearly presented what was going on within her, she didn't want to leave__ at least not now, and lucky enough for her, Jaxtyn was comprehensive, so he brought up a suggestion to make her feel better.

"Chelsea?" he started calling her name.

"Yes, Mr. Jaxtyn?" she mouthed adding the respect part and pressing on her words.

This caused Jaxtyn to roll his eyes and stare at her as if she was joking. She definitely has to be joking.

"What was that?" he inquired raising a brow at her.

"What was what?" Chelsea inquired, then reflected on the question she had asked and felt embarrassed.

'Was that grammar even correct?' she wondered.

"I mean, the 'Mr.' in front of my name.

Common now, girl, cut of the formalities, Jaxtyn is just fine, with you of course," he added.
