Entry #0012
Dear Journal,
Hi! I am in a good mood right now.
I had a great lunch in Germany! I mean, in the Germany of my dream world.
I was sitting on a grand table of a huge restaurant. I was aware that I was in a yellow simple dress but, I felt like I was an elite!
My smile had reached ear-to-ear as the three waitresses-in-black served the dishes that I ordered. The moment they had left, I began eating. I forgot all the table etiquettes and grabbed the foods with my bare hands. I was so excited to eat that I did not care about my image. 'It was just a dream anyway,' I thought.
After a few seconds, that thought came back to me but this time, it brought me despair. I stopped eating and stared at the dishes that were eaten halfway. I stared at those as if they were some sort of specimens for my experiment.
"I am in a dream," I whispered in disappointment and sighed. Their looks were the same with what I had seen in reality. I always saw these from scrolling online. Their appearances were what I only knew, not their tastes.
In a finger snap, my hands and lips were cleaned – a simple magic of a dreamer. I stood up and went toward the glass double-door. The waitresses called me to come back because I was their only customer. I just ignored them.
While walking on the side of the street, my sight wandered. In the middle of the busy road, I spotted a familiar guy. He appeared again. Instead of the high school uniform, he was wearing a yellow polo shirt with blue shirt underneath, paired with black jeans.
Until now, I did not know his name yet. Last time, I was not able to get the chance to ask again.
He was displaying a troubled face. It seemed like he was having a hard time in finding someone.
My forehead creased when his eyes met mine. He also gave me a sweet smile that I really found suspicious.
I attempted to go near him but, a shout held me back.
"Butter!" a guy called him. I did not see the guy's face. Maybe, he was his friend since the guy punched his arm and then, they both laughed.
Before they turned their back and left, the familiar guy glanced at my direction and smiled again. He nodded and mouthed something. "I am Butter," he confirmed.
I laughed endlessly after knowing his name!
