Rhoda has hated Axel even before they've met. Her family and the great Axel were sworn enemies but what happens when she finds out she was his mate. 

Axel has to do everything to win over his mate but she doesn't feel the same as she was a human and the mating bond existed only in werewolves.

"Uhmm... What do you think you're doing?" I asked. It was Axel's girlfriend.

Her eyes were dark like Axel's ones last night. What was darkening her eyes? I want to try it too.

But I'm guessing asking her won't be the best idea.

She looks as if she has come for revenge after I killed her cat years ago.

Her eyes looked straight into mine and she never blinked. She was holding a bat on her other hand.

"I'm going to teach you a lesson you will never forget. Stay away from my guy!" With that, she launched at me and attacked me with punches.

"What the hell!" I cried as I tried to duck. She was very fast and I wasn't able to block any.

She punched me on my stomach and I slumped down and collapsed on the floor. Blood gushed out of my mouth.

"Are you crazy? I haven't done anything to you! You've got it all wrong or whoever told you anything is lying!"
