Chapter 24 The Man Behind The Curtain

"... And all of a sudden, you look like a pregnant woman, look at you!" Mike exclaimed.

Kelly rolled her eyes; if she had a dollar for every time Mike commented on her recent weight gain, she ll be a millionaire.

During the past two months, she had grown understandably obvious, she was now in her final trimester and with each passing day, Kelly couldn t wait for the final day, she was frustrated and tired as hell, she d had to stay away from work due to the stress from it.

As the day grew closer, so did her fear concerning an agreement she had made, her heart was torn on what to do and she dared not tell anyone else, Mike had noticed her secrecy and had asked countless time what was wrong but telling anyone, most especially him was impossible so she kept her mouth shut and bore her worries alone.

"I really have right?" She said indulging him, "At first I was worried I wasn t showing and if I was truly pregnant."
