"Really? I had no idea, how come I had no idea? She asked in an accusing tone. "Who is she? Is she someone I know? Or someone at the hospital? Is she a doctor or a nurse? Tell me all about her!" She said sheer excitement in her tone, she clapped her hands excitedly turning in her seat to fully face him and that was when she saw a downcast look on his face.

"Are you okay?" She asked. "Did I say something wrong?"

He shook his head. "It s fine, you didn t say anything."

"Then what is wrong? You don t want to tell me about her? Wait; is this one of those secret love stories or something, like in a movie? Some tragic love story drama..."
