Chapter 6 YOUR CUP OF TEA

While we talked, Izabella came from her room. Gosh!! I can t even explain how hot she was looking. My eyes got stuck on her. I can t even resist myself looking at her. She wore a red tank top with torn jeans & was also carrying a brown leather purse on her left shoulder. I took my car keys lying on the dining table & we both were ready to go outside. While I was leaving, I saw Nina giving me a strange look. I understood the reason behind her awkward look but didn t say anything to her. We both left. It started raining cats & dogs again. Meanwhile, Izabella rushed upstairs to brought the umbrellas.

"Nina? Open the door." Izabella ordered.

"Coming…..What happened?"

"It s raining outside. Bring me an umbrella."

"You mean 2 umbrellas right?"

"No, only a single one." (in a shy manner)

"Okay! Do whatever you want to. Just make sure you don t cause any harm to Ray sir. He is my new boss. I hope you can cooperate with that."

"Yeah! Sure."

She took the umbrella & closed the door. When she came downstairs, I saw only 1 umbrella in her hand. I started thing why did she do so? Why she brought only 1 umbrella? Why not 2? While I was thinking, she came near me, opened the umbrella & stood beside me. There was hardly an inch difference between us. She was so close to me. I held the umbrella & we both walked together to my car. I looked at her once & she was smiling.

"Why did you bring only 1 umbrella? Why not 2?" I asked.

" If I brought 2 then I may not get a chance to come closer to you."

"Ohh!"

Even I was blushing more than her. Somewhere, I found her cute. But that didn t mean that I like her. It felt as if we were in a new relationship & went on our very first date. We reached the car. I opened the door for her & made her sit first. I placed the umbrella on the back seat of my car & we left for the 'Coffee House .

While I was driving, she held my left hand tightly. She gave me a look & we both said nothing to each other. In fact, we were smiling & I really didn t know for what. May I found someone caring after so long that s why I felt good. Finally, we reached at the coffee place.

I parked my car in the parking lot & stepped out. I opened the door for her & let her came outside. She was looking jubilant as if it's her first date. However, it seemed to me like a date tho. We both walked together & enter that place. The coffee house was decorated as it was the birthday of the owner. The lights were dim & flowers were everywhere. She plucked a rose from the entrance gate & offered it to me. I felt shy & was like what? (Shyly) It was really very cute of her. We both sat at the corner table. Tye waiter saw us & came to take our orders.

"Sir, Mam, what would you like to have?" he asked (politely)

"One cold coffee with ice cream on top for me," I said

"And the same for me too." She said.

"Okay Sir & Mam, Kindly wait for a while."

"Sure" (both instantly)

She copied me there. Such a hard obsession I guess. Huhh! Whatever. The waiter took our orders & left. She was looking at me continuously so out of curiosity I thought to ask about it.

"Hey! Am I that much attractive? Or is there anything on my face?"

"Hahaha! Oh, please! Don t be too much!"

& we both were laughing. Then I thought that was a great time to talk to her & know much about her. I started questioning her about everything I wanted to know about her.

"So, Izabella? What do you do? I mean work?"

"I worked as a receptionist at 'Morphans Pvt. Ltd. But was fired within 3 months."

"But why? What happened?"

"Nothing much! I had a hard crush on the manager of the company- Mr. Joey & my sister was dating him. When she found out that I like her man she warned me not to grow feelings for him anymore as they were planning their engagement."

"That s it?"

"Ummm…it s a long story. Will tell some other time."

"Not an issue. I have enough time. Please continue."

"Okay! So one day, I was at my desk & Mr. Joey called me & ask me to meet him at his cabin. I went there & he was sitting on his desk. He grabbed me through his palms, pulled over himself & coerced me. For a moment, I didn t understand his behavior but as I liked him, I thought to let it be. I enjoyed it instead. We both kissed & had a moment. My boss saw us & fired me."

She was rapt in her own thoughts. She was reciting the scenario as if it was a story. It was totally unclear to me if it was a cooked-up story or a real one. I didn't say anything to her just heard her. However, her tears made me realize as if it's a real-life incident. I relied on her & said nothing. The waiter came with our coffees. He placed both the plates at the center of the table with napkins beside them. She took a spoon & started eating the scoop of ice cream placed on the top of the coffee.?

"Yumm!!" She said while enjoying it.?

"You like it?"?

"I loved it. This is awesome."

"Hm" (while eating)

"So, any boyfriend?" I asked just out of curiosity.?

"Umm.. No!"

"So do you like someone?"

"Yes!" (Shyly)

"Who?"

"YOU!" (In a low tone)

I was a little bashful at the moment when she told that she liked me. Well! Anyone would be!?

"What about you? Any girlfriend?" She asked.?

"Um…..No!"

"Oh! So too you are interested in me?" (Jokingly)

"No, no! Just like the way you take things to yourself. You are somehow different from others. "

"Yeah! I know! (Laughing)

We finished our coffee & I called out waiter. He came & gave me the bill. I didn't know how much tip should a waiter ask for so I gave him $1000. He became too happy after receiving the money. We both stood up from our chairs & headed towards the park exit. We came outside & I brought my car out from the parking lot & opened the door for her. She sat & I drove my car towards his apartment.?

"Hey! Where are we going now?"

"Nowhere! I'm driving you to your apartment. Why?"

"Can't we spend some more time with each other?"

Even I also wanted the same. I wanted to talk to her as much as I could. I found her interesting after this coffee date!!

I took another way so that we could reach late to her apartment. I made 5km of distance to 20km.
