Chapter 49: Being Jealous and Sulking

"They left as soon as the filming was over?" George Flack threw his milk tea into the nearest trash can, and judging by the sound, one could tell he used a lot of force.

"Yes, Mr. Flack." The person who handed the milk tea shrank his neck, not knowing what he had done wrong.

He could only answer carefully, "Mrs. Grant's previous assistant, Nancy Walker, seems to be still here. I saw them chatting earlier. She might know something. Why don't you ask her?"

Save yourself, even if it means sacrificing others. This person could only push Nancy Walker out to take the blame.

"Take me to Nancy." George Flack had a face so dark it seemed like it could drip ink. He asked the person to lead the way.

After Aria Grant left, Nancy Walker didn't hurry home. Instead, she leisurely did her makeup in the makeup room, enjoying the kind of treatment Aria usually received.
