"Shouldn't a farewell have a hug?" Benjamin Chudley asked.

Before Aria Grant could even react, Benjamin took two steps forward and gently hugged her.

The embrace was so light that Aria barely felt it. She wanted to say something but found Benjamin had already left.

Aria looked at Benjamin's retreating figure, feeling an indescribable sorrow and a complex mix of emotions in her heart.

Later, she could confirm that in that moment, she wished she had the prescription in her hand. How wonderful it would be if there really was a cure-all prescription, and if everyone in the world could be free from terminal illnesses.

Belly Wescott's wound healed quickly, and after going through the ordeal for the person she loved, she severed her past ties. After being discharged from the hospital, the first thing Belly Wescott did was move all her belongings out of George Flack's house. Since nothing she did was useful, she'd rather not bother him anymore.
