Chapter 211: What Do You Want to Know_3

"Yes, I wanted to participate in the show and I couldn't deceive the audience, so I divorced George Flack first." Aria overheard Matt saying that and added her thoughts. In fact, that's what she had initially thought–on one hand, she believed that she and George needed some time to calm down, and on the other hand, she wanted to relax a bit.

So there was nothing wrong with the situation itself. The problem was that Aria and George hadn't communicated well. If they had, the situation probably wouldn't be so awkward now.

But to Aria, she had just expressed her inner thoughts. Little did she know how much of a blow this news was to Matt, especially since he had just incredulously claimed that Aria wouldn't divorce George just for a show.

When they heard Aria confirm the reason, why could they still hear a hint of indulgence in her tone?

Had Aria forgotten how awkward she and George were just a moment ago in the room? They seemed like enemies – how could everything change so quickly?
