The more anxious George Flack became, the more worried he was about something happening, so he directly borrowed a cell phone from someone who had just stepped out of the door.
"Excuse me, can I borrow your phone for a moment? Mine is broken, and I need to urgently contact someone!" George said, quickly taking out his wallet and pulling out a one hundred dollar bill from it.
He then offered the cash to the person, displaying his sincerity. Only like this, would the person be willing to lend their phone to him.
The person looked at George and felt that he was a good person. They didn't take the one hundred dollars and instead handed their phone to him directly.
"Keep your money, it's really not a big deal. Just go ahead and make your call!"
George took the phone and hurriedly dialed Aria Grant's number, which he could input correctly into the phone even with his eyes closed.
But no one answered the call, so he dialed again - twice more - and still, no one picked up.
