Ivy Grant only felt something blocking the door when she tried to close it, but she didn't dare to think about it. She quickly let go of the door, and then saw Sophia Brown curled up in pain, her entire right hand supporting her weight.
Sophia's expression was extremely painful, and Ivy realized that she had done something wrong. She hurriedly squatted down and apologized to Sophia.
"I'm sorry, it's my fault. I didn't expect you to reach out to stop the door. We should go to the hospital now, your hand is so swollen!"
Ivy felt particularly guilty. If Sophia had scolded her at this point, Ivy wouldn't have felt so bad. Ivy knew that the more pain Sophia was in, the less likely she was to say anything. She was the kind of person who would grit her teeth and swallow her pain.
"I'm fine, you don't have to worry so much!" Sophia said with a smile. Ivy wanted to scold Sophia for still comforting herself while being in so much pain. How could she only think of others?
