Chapter Three

After learning the truth of Cynthia's identity, Adelith fastens her pace, heading toward the direction of a specially built camp that is nearby to Cynthia's camp. Discourage over the bold statement told by Cynthia, she begins to put her sympathy toward Cynthia who she believes had to bear every single burden on her shoulder, just like the person who lead this group of survivors.

"Pardon for my intrusion, Your Majesty."

Adelith bows herself upon meeting her most respectful person in this world. Stating title as Your Majesty conclude it was someone that hold a major authority among them. The room was filled with multiple maps, yet it wasn't a proper room, just a temporary tent that was made out of the canvas, a station where the survivor live their life in fear, waiting for an end to come looking for them.

"Did she confess? Or we have mistaken her as the devil in disguise?"

The first statement came from Her Majesty were rather bold and sound dissatisfying upon Cynthia's presence in their camp. But Adelith insists they've been mistaken for her as Nanami, the leader of the survivor group against imprisoning her in their territory wasn't a smart move, to begin with.

"She wasn't the same person that we were hunting. On contrary, she shares the same vision as ours. Looking for the devil that has wreck havoc on her beloved home."

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"The devil that appear in our castle last month ago, wasn't the entity that lives among us in this world. The girl we captured earlier told us that she was her sister, but they didn't share the same vision like they are opposite in every aspect."

"Other worlds? Another dimension traveler? Indeed that pricky devil had said the same things during her salvage."

Push herself into deep thought, tried to recollect back the memories where the nightmare begin. A peaceful night just like any ordinary day. Everyone in the capital was preparing for the next day, as everyone begin to sway in their lullaby, resting in their house without noticing a strange cloud appear right out of nowhere on top of their castle.

Once the guard noticed something strange up in the sky, their informer had deliver the message a moment late when Nanami fall from the height of ten thousand feet, landed at the top of the castle floor, smashing everything into pieces.

It was faint, but the impact alarmed both the royal and the citizen. No one knows what are the things that have been landed in their capital. Caught up everyone's attention, the royal guard put up a tight formation surrounding the impact ground. Fearing if the demon had sent something unlikely to be a peace treaty toward their ill relationship.

Her Majesty walks forward, passes through the tight formation as she commands everyone to disperse from the ground. Her guts told her it wasn't something that an ordinary person could handle. In this world, she might be the only one that can handle such a situation.

Nanami had her consciousness scattered upon her hard landing on top of this foreign castle. Naked, yet her body shrouded in dark element, as the aura was visible even without light from the moon itself that night. Pressed hard on her head, she heard something whispering, a taunt that makes her sentient goes wobbly. Her vision was blurry, as everything she saw was the light of the torch held by several guards nearby.

"What are you?! Reveal your identity before we had to force you into our custody for trespassing into our territory."

Nanami couldn't hear the word spoken by Her Majesty. All the word she could hear at that moment was the mysterious whispering in her ears. She didn't know how those lowly magic could affect her, yet she still hasn't realized that she already arrived at her birthplace world.

"Where am I? What are these people doing?" Nanami speaks through her thought. Although no one could listen to her grumble, she begin to lose her rationality as those whispering was a taunting that awoke her bad side, revealing her true identity that has been suppressed under Cynthia's body for more than eighteen years.

"Kill them all! Kill until the last drop of their blood! Kill every single life that breathes through our land! Kill them all!!"

That chant, or rather sentences keeps repeating over and over again inside Nanami's head. She slowly loses her vision, as her eyes begin to spark a devilish red, replacing her awareness and amplifying her inner energy to become darker, more powerful than ever.

Growling in a deep voice. Nanami finally reached her peak where her full potential was finally unlocked in this world. The moment that has been feared by both Cynthia's parents finally become reality. Like a mindless creature, Nanami begins to salvage those guards who attempt to keep her on the ground.

A flash of vision, a sudden disappearances shock Her Majesty, learning her moment was so abrupt after what she saw in the next seconds Nanami vanish into the thin air. All the front line, the group of her royal guards begin to thudding themselves onto the ground, a splash of blood bath filled the top floor of the castle. While other who still consider lucky while witnessing this gruesome scenery are shocked and weaken by their knee, facing the greatest fear in their lives after watching their comrade goes dying one by one without having a single clue about what was about to happen.

The moment Her Majesty forcefully spell her command over the remaining guards who stand beside her, she can't even finish her sentences just to watch their heads split apart from their body. The splash of blood filled her face, as her emotion suddenly had a rush of panic, knowing her opponent wasn't something that she can square up to.

Her Majesty could barely make out of there alive thanks to her secret bodyguard that swore their lives protecting their Queen. Alongside Adelith who served in their army, taken a secret path beneath the castle itself, running away from the salvation that turn almost every life in their city into dust.

While they were on the run into the forest, Nanami manage to smell their scent and chase them to the end. Which was the same place where Cynthia landed herself, wrongly accused her as Nanami, knowing Nanami might've returned to the same place to end their lives.

Thankfully one of the mages in the capital manage to trick Nanami into thinking they were dead right after she chased the scene. Placing multiple spells on top of them, distracted Nanami's scent, tricking her into a belief that they've already dead before her arrival.

That was the whole incident which already happened before Cynthia arrived here. Where now the Namor capital already falls into Nanami's hand, captured their castle, and claims it to become her property.
