chapter 40 something came up

in the morning glory woke up in a man's hand. 'ooh God. how did this happen!? and who's this guy?' due to her shocked action, she moved away and Matthew woke up.

"good morning. what makes you jump in the morning honey?" he asked tentatively.

Glory came back to her senses. " how did I get in the bed? I remember perfectly well I slept on the couch at night."she asked

" perhaps you missed me at night so you crawled into my arms."he said in a teasing tone.

'its so useless to talk to that idiot... ' " am going to prepare for school. you can lie there the whole day if you like. " she went direct to the bathroom.

Matthew smiled and pull over the blanket. 'you can lie there the whole day if you like.' he repeated the words silently.

After a hot shower in the morning, Glory felt fresh. she dried her hair in the bathroom. when she looked at the hair dryer, she remembered what Matthew said at night 'as far as I remember they are three pieces of this kind of hair dryer in the whole world... and it was produced by ZL group last year... My mom own one and the one one was made for display in shinning international plaza and the third one was sold out to anonymous person in Z county... ' 'yeah I spent a lot on it, it's so precious to me.'

when she went back to the bedroom, she saw Matthew sleeping. 'what kind of an idiot is he? ⁵ kindergarten kids are up already, I better kick him out of here.' she went near the bed. she lowered her little face and was about to wake him up...

"aah, you can't even stay away from me! come closer, let's lie down together. " he invited her over.

" Matthew, how old are you? you are acting like a teenage boy. let me go! so annoying... " Glory thought that she need to move out of that house soon. or else Matthew will stick there like a pest.

Matthew wanted to tease her, but his phone rang. it was Tim

" speak. " the other side said something and he answered, " now? got it. am coming right away. " he kicked the blanket as if it has some sort of contagious infection "I'll be heading to the company, see you later." he didn't explain the phone call. he washed up and left in a hurry.

"remember to take your breakfast with you. she reminded him.

" okay I will. bye honey. "
