Chapter 85 - Life at Sarga

The two guards at the entrance noticed a hooded person walking straight towards the gate without discretion and unsheathed their swords, pointing them at the person.

"Who are you?" one asked.

"Identify yourself!" yelled the other.

Thankfully, at the right time, Zaraki stopped her by putting a firm grip on her shoulder, which stopped her from moving any further.

"I am sorry, my lady," Zaraki said to her as he faced the soldiers ahead of her, "let me handle this."

"Huh? "Who do you think you are?" asked one of them again.

Zaraki walked closer to them but stood at a respectful distance to avoid an unnecessary confrontation.

"Hey, are you all deaf?" that same guard asked, "or do I have to beat it out of you?"

"We are travelers who simply wish for a place to pass the night in the village, that's all," Zaraki said to them.

"I hope you know this place is now under the control of Zionists?" asked the other guard.
