The Highest Goddess

Phoenix wakes up at the edge of the valley. Surrounded by towering green cliffs, vines layer the boulders. In line with moss, which lives and dwells thousands of years. Colourful flowers adorn each bush that looks wild but neatly arranged like a natural garden that is cared for by invisible hands. Mushrooms are diverse and colourful, living in every corner of the trees, sturdy roots twisting, stringing the canopy like the entrance to a secret garden.

The fragrance of the flowers wafted into her nostrils, making her fully aware. Confused by her surroundings, she got up slowly while observing the surroundings. She's never been here before. She didn't know what this place was. A forest on earth? It doesn't look like it. Is this heaven above heaven? She does not know.

Her gaze wandered, surveying every fissure, the possible paths that would lead her out of this mysterious place. Occasionally the sound of flapping wings could be heard flying over her head, but when she looked up there was nothing up there.

But her eyes caught a sparkling suit, drifting down like snow, which falls in winter. She wanted to know what tiny glint things were like the dust that scattered in the wind.

She raised her right hand to catch the tiny glint. her brows furrowed at the sight of her hands, as her hand turn to transparent and gleaming as the tiny glint dust that scattered around her. She saw her left hand, her two legs, her body, all transparent and glistening. She put his hands together, wanting to feel if this was just an illusion. No this is not an illusion. She could feel her hands clapped together, it was smooth, as smooth as fine silk.

'I'm not dreaming, am I?' she asked herself

A melodious, soft and smooth voice resounded "Dreams are not dreams either" those words seemed to answer a question in the heart. Her brows furrowed and her eyes narrowed, confused. She was sure she was speaking in her mind and not voicing through her lips.

Frowning, she looked around for the source of the sound. And in front of her, sat the figure of a beautiful and gorgeous woman. Her hair fell down, allowing the wind to infiltrate the long strands of her hair and sow in the air. The face is oval in shape, the eyes are wide but only the line of the eyeballs is visible. The nose is sharp and high, the lips are perfectly heart-shaped and look sensual. When she smiled, That smile seemed to reconcile her rough and lost heart. Her left hand with the front palm facing up lay on her folded legs, while her right hand held a golden conch. Her skin looks bright and smooth. Sitting gracefully on a boulder floating in the air, like a rock cliff all around her.

The smile on the face of the figure in front of her did not fade for a second. And all around her body seemed to glow transparently but made the mind that saw feel it calm and peaceful.

Against the figure in front of her, she felt like she had met her before and she felt a calm and peace that she had never felt in her entire life. She wanted to be around her all the time, but she felt she wasn't worthy.

"Where am I?" she asked, seem like not what she wanted to ask in her mind. She should have asked "Who are you" but her lips, seemed to betray her thoughts. But she steeled herself to remain calm.

"Where do you think you are?" the figure turned to ask with a generous face and her head tilted to the side slightly.

Somehow, She feeling of knowing where she was but she wasn't sure.

"Why am I here?" she asked again, her eyes never leaving the figure before her.

"You know the answer is" the figure nodded once still smiling. As if a smile is always attached to her lips that are sensual and perfect in shape.

Phoenix's brow furrowed deeper, confused. Responding to the confusion that appeared on her face. The figure said "I am here to guide you" the voice sounded soft and caring. Like a mother who puts love and care for her beloved child.

"Guiding me?" she replied in surprise, her head tilted to the right slightly.

"You look lost, my sweet little bird," replied the figure in front of her in a voice that sounded sweet and soft.

"Lost?" she was utterly bewildered, an eyebrow raised, and a thought flashed through. "Oh yeah, I'm lost here, and I am looking my way out of here…"

"No, dear!" her words were cut off. "You lost, your soul" the figure added after a pause.

"My Soul?" she didn't realize she had raised her hand and put it in front of her chest and stay there.

"You have drunk the dew of dreams and hopes to restore your memories as a Phoenix life. but because of the interference of someone, you regain your memories without your concern. So, your memory is still incomplete. And I'm here to restoring your incomplete memory" after finished saying, the figure raised her right hand which was holding a golden conch. The conch shone, from the slit inside the conch, a colourful ball of light emerged. The ball of light flew floating above the conch, swirling so that the colourful light was graded beautifully. Then slowly the ball of light flew towards her. It's getting closer and closer to her face.

Phoenix didn't flinch, her eyes wide open, nervous. And the ball of light flew in on his forehead. More precisely in the middle of her eyebrows and disappeared there.

For a moment, she didn't feel anything. But seconds later, her eyes opened wide. Happy and touched. Spontaneously she knelt on her knees and bowed the figure in front of her by bowing her head and then saying "Forgive my carelessness The highest Goddess, and thank you for restoring my memory completely"

The figure before her was the Highest Goddess of all the goddesses in the heavens. The highest goddess is like a mother figure to all the goddesses in heaven. Unfortunately, the highest goddess rarely appeared. Both to the goddesses as well as the gods in heaven.

The Highest Goddess, gentle figure, caring for all beings, especially the pure in heart. No one knows where she lives and she can appear anywhere and in any form to those who need her help.

"Now, you know what you have to do," The Highest Goddess reminded her.

"Thank you The Highest Goddess " was her reply, but she trailed for a moment, at the end she still her courage to ask " The Highest Goddess, what should I do to Xuan Lung?" she asked suddenly, with sad and hopeful eyes.

"Why do you ask?" The Highest Goddess turned to ask her.

"Look like, the source of all this matter happen came from him" she answered without any doubt about her feelings.

"Then, ended from the beginning"

For a moment she seemed confused as to what the highest goddess's answer meant. She recalled the beginning of her relationship with Xuan Lung. looking what is the cause of her relationship like rolling and always coming back again without stopping. And the pattern of the relationship always ends without completion and is connected again, again and again. until she finally understood the meaning of the highest Goddess' words.

"Thank you, The Highest Goddess," she said, bowing her head respectfully.

"Don't fail this time, my sweet little bird. Otherwise, you have to bear the consequences of failure itself and if you succeed. You just step into the final stages of your seeking." Again, the highest goddess reminded her. Phoenix really misses the figure of the mother who is in the highest Goddess itself. And her heart will always soften every word she says.

And without waiting for a reply from Phoenix, the Highest Goddess waved her left hand, and the tiny glint dust powders sparkled from all around, flying together and surrounding the Phoenix's body. the next second her body shone brightly, making her eyes tightly closed because she could not stand to see the glaring light.

She kept her eyes closed until the breezy wind blowing around her body calmed down and silence fill the air. She opened her eyes slowly. Only to found her body lying on a bed in her room at the Phoenix residence.
