Chapter twelve... The Attack (2)

                Head general's power

In a room, seven people could be seen standing while one was sitting,

"what's your status?" the one sitting down asked and a person answered over the phone,

"this guy, he's a freaking monster, he's too strong, the only way we can is if we bring the generals..." the phone was cut of by the sound of an explosion,

"sir, the situation is critical" one of the generals said and for the first time, the man got up,

"it's been a while since I've stretched, I'll go" he said and after, the rest bore a face of relief. The area was burning and the intruder was still standing close to the hole he created and seemed to be waiting for something,

"what do we do now, he's blocking our path to our rooms and we can't fight that monster" and then a guy came forward,

"we don't have to, I have a spatial ability so if we could move him, I could make a portal and send him away" he said and while they were formulating a plan, Garry brought Jason aside,

"hey..." Garey was interrupted,

"I've noticed it too, aside from my ability, I can also sense what is called ki which is basically life force and I've cultivated it into mana sense and I sense it too" Jason stated which took Garry by surprise,

"so that's how you can see" he said like he just found out a clue in an investigation,

"Chris doesn't have an ability, I'm sure of that, I've known him since I was a very small child and I even know his parents, I dont beleive he could hide it because if he had one, after all the embarrassment, he would have certainly break but he didn't use any...,... And when we went with sensei Wong on that mission, he used his ablilty and it burnt him, surely someone with a fire ability a meant to be immune to his own fire and third, there's nothing like a fire augmentation ability, non that I know of, I just asked to catch his lie and he fell for it" Garry said steoking his chin and then asked,

"but then how does he use fire, it acts like borrowed power" he was still puzzled but it didn't seem like Jason was,

'what I didn't tell Garry was that I sense mana from Chris, too small for someone with even the weakest ability but also too big for someone with no ability at all, it's like he has one but it hasn't matured yet, and something else, I sense something troubling from Chris and for some reason... ' he paused his thought to look at the intruder,

'I sense it in him, although smaller'.

  After a while of thinking they made a plan,

"alright, the Buff guy will give Garry over there an ability buff and Bruce's lapdog a buff too..." Chris said which annoyed the person he was taking about,

"and then while Bruce distracts him, Both of you will sneek past and incapacitate him and blast him into a portal that will be waiting for you" Chris said and a thought entered his mind which he voiced out,

"why don't you just use your portal to send us into our building" He asked and everyone was thinking on the same line,

"range, even with Buffy, it wont be enough to reach the building, do you know how far we are from the school building?" he questioned as he could see everyone look at him in dissapointment,

"what made you think you can..." Bruce wanted to voice his objections but then Chris looked at him, staring daggers into his sould and remembering what happened sent a shiver down his spine so he shut up,

'that guy's not normal'. And they were out. First Bruce ran out using his ability like planned,

"hey, zombie man, the devil called, he said he wanted his face back" he said and burst into laughter but the cold sweat could be seen running down his face,

'I can't beleive I'm facing such a monster' he thought zooming around trying to confuse the intruder who just stokd there smiling,

'this looks like fun, how about I let this play out' he thought licking his lips with a smile. After a while of running arpund, Bruce was getting tired but he finally built enough momentum,

"take this" he said running around and once in a while hitting the intruder who still stood there, suddenly a black ball came from his back,

"hmmm" he said with a smile as he let it hit him, then black chainw appeared and wrapped around him and then a very large waterball flew and hit him pushing him,

'this isn't that painful, it's like it's just meant to push me' he thought smiling and then to his surprise, a portal appeared behind him,

"oh, I see now, pitiful" he said as he stopped in his tracks like the Giant waterball did notging,

"well, I've had enough fun" he shouted as he let out a small grunt and the waterball dispersed like he was chesting a tiny ball,

"weak, puny humans" he said and then a fireball the size of a small sun flew from him straight at the group and they all though,

'this is the end' they all saw thier lives flash before their eyes because they knew no matter what they do, they were dead. Until. A loud bang was heard but to their surprise, none of them were hurt,

"That was a long shit, sorry I took so long, that stupid Julius forgot to get more toilet paper" he mumblef to himself with a sleepy expression as he cracked the back of his neck while closing his eyes, he wore military pants with a white singlet and held a ciggar in his hand,

"alright, let's get this over with" he said and immediately they recognised him, they all bowed as this was their Head General and the second steongest out of the seven, he threw his cigar on the floor and stepped on it,

"you dare attack my base, I'LL KILL YOU" he said still with a numb look but suddenly the arua around him became si big and wild that it bacame hard for anyone to breathe and for the first time, the intruder's smile turned upside down,

"wait, did he block that attack with his body, and there's not a scratch on him" someone pointed out.
