Issue #1

When Jack arrived back at the Institute, he could see the damage that had been done to the place. Large holes all over the building, scorch marks marking the grass and outside of the building, various residual forms of elemental powers covering various parts.

This was a true battlefield. Luckily, no one died in the attack. As much as he hated Xavier's philosophy, he had to admit that the man could bring out the best in some of his students.

Jack phased through the walls until he reached the medical wing. He saw Angel and Stella both doing their best to heal the injured, the former with his blood while the latter a better version of his power.

Jack immediately got to work and started helping out with the healing. The first person he needed to help was actually a member of Generation X and one of the least likely he thought would need help.

Jack sat in the seat in front of Monet as he saw that her right arm had been turned to stone.

"So how'd this happen?" Jack asked the young woman as he began chanting a spell

"Tsk. That blindfolded samurai took advantage when I was fighting someone else to his powers on me and turn my arm to stone," Monet complained

Hearing her words, Jack smiled at the young woman that refused to be honest. He had already asked Warren about how the various students got injured with his telepathy so he would know who needed treatment first.

"Really? Cause I heard that Jubilee got caught off guard by several of those ninja zombies and you jumped in to save her," Jack immediately pointed out her lie

Monet turned her head away in a pout at being found out. Seeing her actually get embarrassed, Jack felt pleased.

'It looks like this girl is coming out of her shell more and more.'

Using his magic, Jack basically created an artificial version of Mandrake Restorative Draught to undo the transformation that Gorgon had done on Monet. After having her move her arm around a few times and making sure she was fine, Jack let the girl leave the infirmary.

He then began moving from student to student as cured them of their stone bodies. This was Jack's primary focus since he knew the other 2 could handle all the other injuries.

It took their group over an hour to get all the students in stable conditions but once they were, they were left in the medical wing to recover.

"Thanks for the help," Warren said as he walked over to Jack and Stella gratefully

He had been the only healer on the team for years but his power was limited to helping those with the same blood type as him. Even if he was usually very arrogant and prideful, it still made him feel terrible every time a mutant died under his watch because he was unable to heal them.

But with Stella having a superior form of his power and Jack using magic he had never seen before, many of the students were able to be put in stable positions where they would not have to worry about permanent injuries.

"Of course, we would help where we could. We are members of the Institute too," Jack said with a smile while Stella simply grunted and walked away.

Jack shook his head and flashed an apologetic smile at Warren before following after his daughter. The pair returned to the small part of the mansion that had been dubbed 'Frost Hall' after Emma made a donation to the school.

Both of their rooms along with the room that the Stepford Sisters resided in were in this hall as well as their own private study.

The duo entered the study room to see Emma, the five, and Rachel waiting for them. Even though she was the daughter of the woman that Emma didn't like, Emam still had good feelings toward Rachel and considered her part of the family.

Jack immediately went to the couch that Emma was sitting on before laying down on her lap exhausted. He came home to rest but still had more work to do.

"Thanks for your hard work," Emma said while stroking Jack's white hair.

"Hmm," Jack groaned in response

"So what's the plan, Father?" the Stepfords asked

"Ugh! I need to figure out who was behind all of this and deal with them. 5 completely different forces that have no interaction with each other all invading all around the planet at once before a mutant slaying robot appears specifically where I am. All of it is definitely too much of a coincidence.

And I have 3 possible guesses of who is responsible but have no way of getting to any of them. So the plan is to continue what we have been doing, developing Utopia (New name for Jotunheim).

We need another 2 years before 'that' is done and we can start moving mutants in. So I need to start planning the governing body and laws of Utopia now."

Jack didn't hide any of his thoughts or plans from his family. He trusted them all with his life and with his dream. That way, even if he fell in battle, the could continue his dream for him. This was also why Emma included them all in the Hellfire Club's new Inner Circle.

Jack was starting to get a headache though. He felt that he was stretching himself too much. The number of teams and secret organizations or plots he was a part of were getting too many.

The Hellfire Club's White King, The Cabal's founder, Leader and founder of Excalibur, Owner and Developer of Utopia, Sane Mad Scientist, and Patriarch of the Frost Family. So many hats he had to wear.

But Jack knew he had to do it all for now. After a few years, everything would be stable and he could relax. He just had to push through this at the beginning.

Author's Note: Just random thought/rant I wanted to share. No one complained or anything but just felt like sharing it.

For those of you that are (kinda) caught up to X-Men comics as in you know what has happened since Dawn of X, I love it. One thing I love that Johnathan Hickman did was clearly define Omega-Level mutants. But one thing I hate that he did was list those mutants.

Because he took off mutants that most certainly should be on that list, all of the Summers-Grey children for example. Especially when Cable and Rachel were the original Omega level mutants. So for those caught up Dawn of X, I will not be sticking to the list that Hickman made when it comes to Omega level mutants.

Oh! Also for those curious about getting Nimrod's power, he didn't. Because Jack gains the ability, power, skill, or title from a being's soul. But being a robot, albeit a very advanced robot, Nimrod lack's a soul.
