(He did not kill any Storm Giant children. It was a warrior camp which meant it only contained actual Storm Giant warriors.)
Jack teleported back to his lab where he saw little Krakoa waiting there for him. Smiling at the little treant, Jack patted its branches in a good mood.
"At first, I was a bit worried, Krakoa. But now, I am confident that only Odin and the beings on his level can stop me in the 9 Realms," Jack said confidently
"!#$@ $#@#^," Krakoa responded with a raspy voice
Jack winced internally as he heard the treant speak. This was why he always spoke to it telepathically. Although he could understand it when it spoke aloud, the way it spoke was very unusual and disturbing since it did not have normal vocal organs.
{Hmm. Sorry about leaving you so suddenly. I was just so excited that I couldn't help it.} Jack explained why he left the island so quickly
{%#$ ^%$$23} Krakoa responded
Jack spent an hour in his lab checking on the various clones that were still developing. Krakoa stood by the side and watched with interest.
Part of the clones Jack was developing was for it, after all. Krakoa already knew about how it was going to be fed so Jack didn't mind it seeing this part of the process.
Once he was done confirming that the clones were developing at an appropriate rate, Jack finally left the lab.
Just as he was about to teleport back to the Institute, Jack felt a shift in the air.
Looking up, the pale man saw a rainbow coming straight down from the sky and into the deep mountains where the Frost Giants had their main settlement.
'The only ones who can travel along the Bifrost are Asgardians. But which ones?'
Using his abilities, Jack could see those who arrived and was surprised by the group's makeup.
'Why are they here?'
And to answer his questions, Jack spread out his senses once again but focused them on the Asgardians and the area around them.

Thor, Lady Sif, The Warriors 3, as well as Thor and Loki's older brother, Tyr walked off of the rainbow bridge into the middle of a blizzard in the mountains.
"I just want to say, I think this is a terrible idea," Sif said for the 34th time. Compared to many other Asgardians, Sif was a general instead of a warrior.
If Tyr was a god of war comparable to Ares, then Sif was comparable to Athena. She would not back down from a good fight but would always think through her actions first.
"And I say, this is the best idea we have come up with," Fandral commented as he unsheathed his sword. When he said that, the other warriors pulled out their weapons as well.
Over 50 Frost Giants appeared around them as the blizzard subsided. Leading them was a particular Frost Giant with a necklace of fangs around his neck.
"Asgardians. Why have you entered the home of the Frost Giants?" the leader of the Frost Giants asked
The Asgardians were visibly confused when they saw the Frost Giant before them wearing the 'crown' of the Frost Giants.
"Utgard-Loki? Why are you the king of the Frost Giants now? What happened to Laufey?" Tyr questioned feeling uneasy. For a change of leadership to occur without anyone being aware, something had to be off.
Utgard-Loki looked surprised when he was questioned about it.
"You mean that you truly don't know? Laufey led a force against Midgard and was killed. I took over as leader of the Frost Giants after that happened," Utgard-Loki explained as if he was just talking about the weather.
For Frost Giants, and most beings in the 9 Realms besides Midgard, Death was something that could happen to them at any moment on any day. Having their leader killed was surprising but there were always more that was willing to take the former's place.
"Tell me, Utgard. Who was the one that slew Laufey?" Thor demanded
"I am unsure of who exactly but one of the humans from Midgard had taken up residence in Jotunheim soon after the incident. He probably has something to do with it," Utgard-Loki explained
"And where can we find him?" asked Tyr
"500 miles east. He created a large city in the middle of a field. You can't miss him."
Utgard-Loki did not hide any information from the Asgardians. With this new information, the group of Asgardians called the Bifrost once more to take them to the location that Utgard-Loki had described.
Smiling, Utgard-Loki sat on his throne while praying that he would be the final winner. The Frost Giant was hoping that one of the sides wiped out the other.
'Even better if they both end up killing each other. Then Odin won't blame me for the death of his two sons.'

Almost as soon as the Bifrost brought them back to Asgard, it also sent them down towards Eden. Heimdall, protector and controller of the Bifrost, was clairvoyant so he was able to send them to the front gates of the city.
As the pillar of rainbow appeared in front of his gates, Jack looked on with disinterest.
When the light faded, the 6 gods looked around and saw they were outside of Eden's main gate. Sif was the first one to look up and saw the person and treant sitting on top of the city walls.
The others also caught on and looked up to see the unfamiliar figures. Except for Thor who recognized one of the two.
"Jack! What in the 9 Realms are you doing in Jotunheim?" Thor said excitedly before flying up and patting Jack on his back.
Jack winced in pain. Even when playing around, Thor's strength was still as might as ever.
"Good to see you as well, Thor. Many things have changed since you returned to Asgard. We can talk about it later over drinks," Jack replied happily while being conflicted on the inside.
