Issue #10

While Jack was having dinner with Rogue, he didn't know that 3 groups of people were making plots that involved him.

1 of those groups was led by Thanos in the deepest and most hidden part of the galaxy. The other two were led by a redhead with an agenda and a 4-year-old child.

"I need some revenge," Natasha told the people around the table with a smirk. "Jack decided to leave some dead bodies in my bed with me a while ago and I want payback."

"Wasn't that like... 3 months ago?" Janet asked, already having heard about the situation from Natasha.

"I'm down," Carol agreed with the plot as well. "I still want revenge from when he surprised Rogue on me and froze the door shut."

"So that's two down for revenge. What about you guys?" Natasha turned to the other members at the table. Clint and Barbara shared a look before smirking.

"What's the plan?" the pair asked, always ready to prank Jack.

Natasha smirked when she saw her Secret Avengers agree with her plan for revenge.

"I don't think any of the women he's interested in have had a good opportunity to meet us. Plus, Earth's Mightiest Nanny could come out of retirement for a night," Natasha smirked. 'I won't ruin his relationships but I'm definitely gonna make him sweat.'

"Perfect for me. Me and Barb could use a night away from the kid," Clint was the first to agree. Susie was only 2 months old but they were busy going back and forth between SHIELD and home, not having many breaks. If they could prank Jack and get a night away from the baby at the same time, they wouldn't complain.

Carol also raised her hand in agreement before everyone turned to Janet. The woman sighed and agreed.

"I'll tell Nadia that she's spending the night at the Future Foundation."

With the decision made, everyone began to get the details down. They wanted this plot to work perfectly since half wanted revenge and the other half wanted a sitter they could trust.

Meanwhile on Future Island, Valeria had called a meeting between her siblings. All of the girls (and Franklin) were in the Cuckoos room since they had the largest one. Sitting with them were Bean and Lockheed, the purple dragon that arrived during the Brood invasion and somehow become a pet to Stella.

"I just talked with Father about our future siblings but it seems like he hasn't given it much thought," Valeria announced to the group.

"Sounds just like Mr. Frost," Rachel nodded when she heard this. "Besides Stella, he didn't have any other children where we came from besides all those he adopted. He never really cared about blood but more relationships."

"It makes sense," Mindee agreed before Esme spoke up. "Mum said Father was an orphan. He wouldn't really care about actually conceiving his kids."

"But that's just Dad's opinion. What if Mom or Sue or Anna-Marie want kids? Or any other woman he gets involved with," Stella chimed in while stroking Lockheed. The dragon was purring as he lay in the woman's lap.

"If Father doesn't care, why not just ask his finacees then?" Celeste asked her siblings. "He is always flying off somewhere. Shouldn't be hard to sit them down and let them have that conversation."

The girls began to plot while Laura and Franklin looked uncomfortable at the side.

"Are you guys sure we should be doing this?" Franklin asked his sisters but when he was glared at by the women, he didn't continue.

"He's kinda right," Laura agreed. "Dad might feel uncomfortable with all of this plotting."

"He'll be fine," Valeria assured her. "Us doing this just means that he will get to be more intimate with our mothers. What would he have to complain about?"

Laura and Franklin nodded but still felt that something was off. Franklin was thinking about informing Jack when the quintuplets all turned their gazes to him and gave the younger girl the signature 'Emma Frost warning smile'. Franklin knew he had been caught so he gave up on warning Jack.

'Oh, well. Valeria has been smarter than me since she was born. I'll just listen to her like usual,' Franklin thought to himself.

When Jack got back from his date, he saw he was getting a call from Clint and text from Janet. He picked up the call while also reading the text at the same time.

"What's up, Legolas?" Jack asked playfully

[Hey. You mind sitting Nadia tomorrow? I can drop her off but I got a mission that will be overnight and she has a boyfriend.]

"Wow. I haven't heard that one before," Clint was starting to think their plan to mess with Jack might have been unnecessary but the nickname he hated the most was Legolas. Jack instantly became fair game in his mind. "I need a sitter for Susie. Is Earth's Mightiest Nanny available?"

"Huh. Jan just asked me to watch Nadia as well. You guys going on the same mission?" Jack asked while responding to Janet. [I can watch her if you don't mind me watching Clint's kid too.]

This wasn't an unusual request while he was part of the Avengers so Jack didn't think much of it. He just assumed that everyone was busy.

"Yeah, we do," Clint smirked as he read the voice to text message. "You'll be able to see the results of this mission by the next morning."

"Hmm. Must be important," Jack felt something in his mind telling him that there was something weird going on but he ignored the feeling. He trusted Clint and Janet. "Pick her up around 7?"

"Works for me. Thanks," Clint thanked Jack before hanging up the call and looking at everyone around the table. "Mission is a go."

Natasha smiled as she hung up the phone with Emma. She had managed to convince the blonde to have a meal together since they were both close with Jack but hadn't properly gotten to know one another before. Janet had convinced Sue to come over while Carol handled Anna-Marie.

Valeria looked over the footage from Avengers Tower and smiled. She made sure to get any information when one of her family members was mentioned through recordings in security cameras.

So when she heard that Natasha was planning on getting her mom and future mothers to meet and talk, she decided to help out the other group.

'Sorry, Dad. But I think this will be good for you,' Valeria began to laugh at her desktop to which Franklin shuddered.

'I need to tell Mom to not let Val hang out with Uncle Jack and Uncle Doom so much. She is already getting their evil laugh.'
