Harry entered his chamber with Oscar and the girls. Daphne started asking him questions as soon as he sat down.

"What happened after we left?"

"I had to deal with professors and my mother freaking out about the troll. I wasn't really paying attention but I do remember that Gryffindor was awarded 10 points and Slytherin with 20 points."

"What! Those four were rewarded for their stupidity? Who in their right mind takes off on their own with a troll loose in the school? Bloody Gryffindors! This would have never happened with a Slytherin Headmaster." Daphne rants startling both Oscar and Tracey.

Harry smiled as Tracey tried to help Daphne calm down.

"So what now?" Daphne asked after settling down.

"I just have to meet my mother in her office with my brother and sister."

Daphne punched Harry in the arm. "Not that. A damn Mountain Troll almost bulldozed his way through our entire house. What are we going to do about that?"

Harry casually swipes the spot where Greengrass punched him. "Nothing. It's a school safety problem. Unless they somehow made me the new headmaster of Hogwarts in the last few seconds without me noticing, I can't do anything about this. It's up to the professors."

"So we do nothing!?" Daphne yelled. Harry couldn't help but smile. The old Daphne would have never acted like this even if the entire ministry collapsed out of nowhere, but this Daphne is also eleven who just a while ago came face to face with a charging mountain troll so it's understandable.

Harry made some tea and let the kids talk so they can settle down. After a while when kids seemed calm enough Harry sent them to their dorms so they can sleep and forget about this whole troll incident. Then he made his way to his mother's office to face the music.

Even after years of living with his family, this is all pretty new to Harry. He is still not used to the fact that there are people who worry about him now. He has been on his own for so long that it still amazes him that there are people who care about him and would do anything for him.

Harry only expected to find his brother and sister outside his mother's office but he also found Hermione and Ron with his siblings.

Before Harry could even say anything Hermione charged at him and grabbed him in a bone-crushing hug. Harry gently patted the girl's back like he used to for a while before she finally let go.

"Thank you." Hermione managed to say with water pooling in her eyes.

Harry wanted to hug his old friend and comfort Hermione like he used to before they all went their own separate ways. But this is not his Hermione, this is just an eleven-year-old girl who is still dealing with the fact she almost died tonight. So he just nodded and let Rose handle her friend.

After that Ron came towards him. "Thanks, mate." He stuttered out. "You know for saving our lives."

"I always thought you were a snake just like the rest of the Slytherins." Ron would have continued but was interrupted by Charlie whacking his head.

Harry smiled "There is no need to thank me. I did what everyone else would have done. Now the two of you run along, after the troll you guys don't want to be caught outside your dorms wandering alone especially this late."

Hermione and Ron seem reluctant to leave their friends alone to deal with this situation but still listened to him and left.

Harry turned to his siblings "First of all I am very proud of you both. Not many would risk their lives just to help a friend in danger. But that doesn't change the fact that what you did was incredibly stupid and reckless. Hermione came this close to dying today because of your actions."

Harry could feel Charlie and Rose drowning in their guilt but he needs them to understand that there are consequences for their actions.

"But there is no need for these sad faces. I will deal with mom. So just stand behind me and stay silent." Both of them happily nodded.

Harry sighed, he tried to be tough on them but couldn't even last a few seconds. Harry entered his mother's office with his siblings right behind him.

He found Lily Potter sitting in front of her desk with her arms crossed. As soon as they entered their mother glared at them like a predator stalking its prey. Right now Rose and Charlie are no different from deer in front of a hungry lion.

Out of nowhere Harry's father who he didn't even notice was in the room came right in front of them. Their father took all three of them in a giant hug.

"I am so proud of all three of you! My children taking down a troll barely into their first year. Your uncle Sirius and I bragged in front of our entire department when we heard about it from your mother. I couldn't be happier right now."

Rose being the smart one stayed completely silent like Harry but the same couldn't be said for their brother. Charlie ran his hand through his messy hair little bit embarrassed with all the praise coming their way.

"It was mostly Harry. We didn't do much." His brother said with a stupid smile on his face.

Harry could feel the temperature of the room dropping due to waves of anger flowing out of their mother. James and Charlie Potter somehow remained completely oblivious to this fact.

Harry stared into his father's eyes. "Dad read the damn room. It's like you are begging to sleep in the guest room. If you don't get your act together right now Mom will kick you out at least for a month this time." Harry mentally told his father through legilimency.

Harry's father had a shocked look on his face for just a moment but he quickly took hold of himself.

"Tell me what to do." Harry's father mentally pleaded.

"Lecture us. Act like you are angry and disappointed in us. Tell us that what we did was dangerous and stupid. Dad, you better sell this or you are the one who is going to be in trouble."

Their father lectured the three of them like his life depended on it but still couldn't fool their mother. But at least this way mom is too focused on their father to be angry at them.
