Vampires aren't real!

A few seconds later, Elijah had already enjoyed the moment of bathing with a shower. She kept her hair wet and made sure the dirt attached to her body was washed away by the water.

"If only Mr. Theria hadn't warned me to be ready in 30 minutes, I would have soaked in that bath-up!" Elijah complained while looking at a white bathtub the size of her body. Near the bath-up was a shelf containing aromatherapy oils ready to use.

Elijah shook her head in despair. "Too bad, not now, next time I'll enjoy it!"

While wearing a kimono towel, Elijah remembered Max.

"Where the hell is he? Go out without telling me!" She continued to grumble while using a hairdryer.

"Is he just fooling me? He went alone somewhere to find out about my mother's death and then would come back after finding her? Wah..." Elijah stopped to take a heavy breath.

"Max promised to take me wherever he went and help me find clarity about my mother's death. Did Max keep the promise? I wasn't afraid before, but now I'm afraid again because I don't know where to go. He left me behind in someone else home!"

Elijah looked around.

"Sunshine is incredibly rich. If she doesn't want to see me in her house, she can easily make me live in another part of her house. I'm in the penthouse, while she's in another part of it still able to move without being disturbed by my existence. If I ask for food to be brought here even if they might do it. Uh, is the food going to be delivered? Mr. Theria didn't say that I was going to be picked up for dinner."

" I'd better hurry up, so I don't bother and see Sunshine again. I also need to borrow a landline or cell phone. Luckily... I memorized Max's number, so it doesn't matter. But I have to get one of the first and only Mr. Theria is my hope for it now."

Then, she returned to the hairdryer and dried her hair in a hurry.

Elijah was done getting dressed and dressed up. She sat on the available chair in the room. There was an impatience that caused her to become angry.

"Would I rather go out on my own? Maybe I can find a place to eat."

Elijah opened the door and when her head looked out, she realized it was impossible to find the dining room alone. The hallway she saw was very long. Besides, the hallway looked unfriendly to her. Either because of the lighting or because the plain walls present a spooky aura. She then pulled her head back into the room.

"It's a bad idea to go out alone. I could get lost. This is not a two-story house, nor is it a two-plot house, not a boarding house, not a hotel. I think it's normal, but why the aura..... gosh... I feel like I'm in a vampire villa. Or.... maybe.... ah! impossible!"

Elijah's body got goosebumps.

"No way! Or maybe... Melianor is half a vampire? She hasn't mentioned it yet. Haish! Vampires aren't real!"

Suddenly the door was knocked on.

Elijah shouted in horror.

Someone pushed the door forcefully. Mr. Theria appeared with a maximum smile.

"Oh! Mr. Theria! You surprised me! I thought someone sneaked up!"

Elijah defended herself with embarrassment.

"I tried to get out on my own, but... What's wrong with the hallway? Why is it so dark? You guys save electricity?!"

Mr. Theria decided to joke a little, "That's right, we do save electricity. After all, you won't get to the dining room if you go alone, so it's easier to wait here right?"

Elijah nodded automatically.

"You didn't say you were going to pick me up before, so I thought I'd better go alone but I felt I'd get lost and get to another world if I walked alone. Just looking at the hallway I've got goosebumps."

Mr. Theria laughed. He needs time to get back to normal.

"I'm hungry, can you take me now to the dining room?"

"Yes. Don't get lost. Oh, do you want to hold my hand?"

Elijah refused with an embarrassed face and walked out, but stopped in the doorway waiting for Theria who was left behind. Elijah sulked and it made Theria not want to prank her anymore. The two then went all the way to the dining room.

"Well, enjoy your dinner. After that, I'll take you around and read the book you want in the library."

Elijah could not hear half of what Theria said when she saw the beauty of the dinner table. Both her eyes and ears were fulfilled by the standard luxury of the Melianor Mansion. The dining table is very elegant.

"Where am I? Am I already in heaven?"

Elijah sat with an enchanted look at the appetizers, main menu, and desserts that had been served at one table. No exception there are fruits and various types of drinks that are arranged with the aim of decoration only.

Elijah turned to Mr. Theria, "You also have dinner with me, right?"

Theria shook his head.

"Where could I eat with guests? I'm here to serve you. First, you have to eat this," Mr. Theria picked up an appetizer.

"No, you have to come, this is too much for me."

Mr. Theria doubted he could realize Elijah's wish.

"Please, I'm not used to being served like that either. I know which one to eat first."

Elijah's face begged. It made Mr. Theria's doubts fade. He was certainly willing to accompany Elijah, but if he ate with guests it felt less polite.

"Come on! Forget the attitude!"

Elijah urged Mr. Theria to sit down with her and eat instead of being a waitress for her.

"When I was at Max's house, he cooked and ate with me. That way... I don't feel lonely and I like to have a friend while dinner."

Mr. Theria noticed that the meaning behind Elijah's words had just been heard. She was lonely. Instantly the pity was raised.

"The point is, I don't want to eat alone. I'm not a princess to be served. Just ignore the rules, please..."

"There are no rules like that. It was just my manners. Melianor asks me to make sure you eat and rest well."

In an instant, Elijah felt somewhat worked out. She had thought Sunshine or Melianor had strict rules about hierarchy.

"Then, why are you serving me?! Let's sit down and have dinner together."

"Okay."

Together, they then enjoyed the dinner without much to say up to the dessert. After that, Elijah started the conversation, "Mr. Theria, can you lend me a phone?"

"Telephone?"

Elijah nodded, "Yup, cell phones or smartphones."

"Who wants to contact?"

Without hesitation, Elijah replied, "Max. He's been gone a long time. I'll ask him where he is and when he's going to pick me up."

"Oh, when it comes to that, you don't have to worry, he'll be back once the business is done."

"That's it, I want to know when he comes back."

"Why do you want to get out of here?"

"Because this is not my home."

"You can be considering this place as your house."

Mr. Theria speaks with such confidence as a homeowner.

"I felt uncomfortable. I've been bothering her."

"If she's bothered, she won't bring you here."

Elijah looked around. She thought it deeply while looking at the well-designed dining room. If Elijah had extensive knowledge of architecture and interior design, she would probably have quickly known where the spatial inspiration came from.

Elijah can only feel elegant style with minimal lighting and the amount of furniture that is not much in the room manages to provide a very comfortable dining atmosphere. Some of the furniture looks made of wood.

"Is this where the one is? On the mountain? I didn't hear the sound of the vehicle at all, even the atmosphere inside here was very different from the Sunshine Shop I was going through. It's not in the middle of town, is it?"

Mr. Theria smiled. He boasted of a secret system that Elijah would not easily understand. However, he explained, it was suspected that it would make Elijah gape.

"This Mansion is still in the middle of town."

Elijah froze for a moment.

"Don't joke. Where possible in the city there is a place as big and as good as this without people knowing."

"That's the reality."

Elijah felt de javu. It shocked her when Max says she's half-demon already flipping her brain. Now another magical thing like intentionally being the main dish.

"You must be kidding. Come on... How could it be to hide a Mansion from people also, I saw the hills from my room, no, it was not the hills but the mountains. So it is impossible in the middle of the city."

Elijah did not want to admit that she had entered another world without the knowledge of her consciousness.

"That's the reality. This place is a mansion. The owner is Melianor. You know who she is, right?"

Elijah took a deep breath. Never in her life has she worked like this. "She's Sunshine, a tarot reader, a fashion businessman! That's all I know!"

After saying it, her brain quickly thought. As if her consciousness had just recovered, she looked at Mr. Theria and demanded a detailed explanation of a very strange situation for her.

"Don't tell me that from the beginning I've been into another world, the underworld."

Mr. Theria smiled. He tried to appreciate Elijah's consciousness which came too late.

"I think since you wake up you already know."

"No. Not. I didn't expect it at all," Elijah assured Mr. Theria hastily.

"Then tell me about this place in detail, how I got in, it's all about this world, which to me is still very foreign."

Mr. Theria was quite amazed by the curiosity that emerged from Elijah in that instant. "Without fear, she even begged to be explained in detail. I wonder what will happen to her later, without knowing anything, she entered the underworld," he said inward.
