Take time to train and form Magi

Feeling bad, Elijah tries to change the subject, something that Mr. Theria controls and also wants to know.

"Then about Magi, what is it really? Can I use it too?"

Mr. Theria thought for a moment. It seemed that he was scanning information from somewhere in his memory. At that time Elijah had prepared herself to gain new knowledge.

"Magi is a collection of energies that exist in the universe. We gathered it and tied it inside. There is a so-called golden chi in our bodies, it is the container to accommodate the power of the magi. Processed golden chi will be able to accommodate as many Magi for us, then the Magi we can reshape. I used to think about being able to move places quickly, so I managed the Magi inside my golden chi into teleportation abilities and many more."

"That means it takes time to train and form Magi?"

Mr. Theria nodded. He likes Elijah to have the right image so that she can catch his words quickly.

"Yes, we have to manage it and it takes time. Not all creatures can do it within a year or two. It takes hundreds of years to form Magi into a form of strength."

"One alone takes hundreds of years?!" Elijah spontaneously expressed her shock. Mr. Theria seemed understandable.

"And you, how many years did it take you to teleport?"

"Three hundred years."

Elijah is shocked!

There was no conversation between them for a long time. Mr. Theria didn't laugh. He managed to contain his laughter when he saw Elijah's reaction. He soon took control of himself so that Elijah could enjoy the time to digest the meaning of his words.

"Th... Three hundred years?!"

Finally, Elijah spoke. Her face diverted from looking at Mr. Theria and then to the scene behind him. She let out a deep breath. It felt like the scene behind him was an escape that had been deliberately prepared so that she wouldn't faint to hear that new fact. The sight could at least relax her and stay conscious.

"Okay, three hundred years, and that's been since how many hundred years ago?"

"Three hundred years ago."

Slowly and accurately, Elijah summed it up. She then laughed flatly to reduce her shock. Mr. Theria obviously really enjoyed the moment.

"You're not bullying me, are you?"

"I'll try if you really want to be bullied."

Elijah was getting ready for the next surprise.

"Actually, the three hundred years I mentioned had a backlog."

"Huh? Backed up?"

Mr. Theria then whispered, "Three hundred light-years away."

The explosion of the spacecraft hurtling into the sky seemed to have just happened in Elijah's head. Perhaps her brain was capable enough to calculate Mr. Theria's words that she waited for her brain to give orders to react.

Mr. Theria waited and for quite a long time, he didn't get a reaction from Elijah. He continued, "Maybe ... better that you don't know that fact. Can I continue?"

Both of Elijah's eyes winked. All her physical senses were unable to accept any of that. She immediately felt tired.

"Where's the exit? I want to go home."

Mr. Theria laughed when he saw the little girl's face reflected from Elijah. He had fun. "I'm telling you the truth, you, yourself want to know," he said with smiling lips.

"I didn't expect it to be that long, I couldn't count it," Elijah take a deep breath, then continue to say, "I'm tired and thirsty, I want to drink something," Elijah sulked.

Mr. Theria granted her request in no time. In front of them appeared a variety of drinks and snacks, as well as salads. Elijah shouted and jumped in surprise from her seat when all of that emerged from the empty space.

"You! What are you doing?"

Mr. Theria acted calmly as if he had done nothing and didn't know anything.

"I'm just doing the usual thing."

Elijah tried to catch her breath. With hesitation and a funny clumsy gesture for Theria, she tried to touch the food and drink in front of her. It's all real.

"Oh shit!" Elijah walked backward. "You're using Magi, aren't you?"

"Still want something else?" Mr. Theria is challenging.

"It's Oke! Don't show off!"

"I'm not showing off, I just like to see your reaction."

Elijah tries to master her new situation and reality. For a long time, she just stood up to look at the food and drink in front of her.

"Sit down, don't you need sweets? You have to drink that. So you can also prove it's all real or not."

Drinks, salads, and snacks available at the long table minimalist white color is a food and drink that is often consumed by Elia. It can almost be said that it's all her favorite food and drink. In hesitation, Elijah grabbed a bottle of carbonated water to drink. At first, she suspected the contents were not genuine. After enjoying it, she began to believe the drink and food were no illusions. She then picked up a snack made from potatoes. She enjoyed it without many words.

"I think you're hungry again," Mr. Theria teased Elia.

"No, I don't need to eat that much, I don't need to eat heavily yet. It's the effect of my brain thinking hard enough after hearing your words, I still can't believe it's real."

"Oh, because your brain is working hard enough so the cortisol inside you increases... Well logical too," Mr. Theria was still tempted to tease Elia.

"You gave me a problem worse than math!"

"Have you ever enjoyed mathematics?"

"Oh please, why should I enjoy it? Oh, the taste of this seaweed is good."

In Elijah's hand was a bag of seaweed fries. Her mouth was also chewing on several pieces of potato chips that she put in her mouth at once.

"Where did you take it all from?" she asked after swallowing.

"Superindo," Mr. Theria replied, as easy as munching on potato chips. The problem was, the lightly spoken answer made Elijah freeze for a moment.

"In that case, can we get to the Sunshine Mall? I have to shop."

"If you need clothes, here's a lot available to you."

"I need a cell phone, we're going to the cell phone shop, that's why I want to go to the Sunshine Mall."

One light flick made a mobile phone appear on Elijah's lap.

"Oh my GOD!"

Elijah was excited to see the latest famous brand's mobile phone on her lap in an instant.

"If it could be this easy, why didn't you do it earlier?"

Elijah forgot about her food. She's focused on her new phone. She opened the cardboard with enthusiasm.

"Ah, there's something lacking," she said happily. She raised her face and saw Mr. Theria's flat face.

"That's, that, ah what the one? that... um... ah! SIM CARD!"

In an instant, the sim card appeared on the table. Elijah hurriedly picked it up and paired it on a handphone.

"In that case, you must be easy to collect gold all over the world huh," Elijah jokes.

"Everything is so easy for you. Well, if I had that power, I'd use it for fun too."

"We can't be greedy."

Elijah was surprised by Mr. Theria's rebuttal. It embarrassed her with her enthusiasm earlier.

"Every power carries responsibility. If I use it continuously, I should also be ready to recharge later."

Elijah was lethargic to hear the confession.

"What does that mean?"

"After you use a lot of energy what happens to you?"

"Tired."

"Then what are you doing to restore energy?"

"I'm taking a break to recover my energy."

"The same thing happened to me. Therefore it's better to save energy and use it only when you really need it."

Mr. Theria wasn't sure if Elijah understood his words or not, but he gave Elijah time to figure out them. Right now, Elijah is busy with the handphone. She even tried to call the number she remembered.

"It won't work."

Theria's laugh became like fireworks exploding in the middle of the night for Elijah.

"Why?"

"Such equipment will not work in this zone. Remember, the Melianor Mansion is surrounded by Magi that can hinder the function of digital equipment."

Elijah looked very upset.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier? So why did you give me this phone?"

"Because I can."

Elijah put her phone in annoyance on the table. Her joy disappeared instantly. She then saw the sunlight falling on the hill like a sprinkling of refined sugar on a doughnut. Since they were facing north, they could only see a partial tinge of dusk through the three-meter-high and seven-meter-long glass wall in front of them.

"Sorry. I was just having fun earlier," said Mr. Theria, who feels bad because it has destroyed Elijah's hopes.

"You want to call Max, don't you?"

Elijah still hasn't answered. She's upset.

Mr. Theria then looked for a way to dilute the atmosphere. It was the first time for him that someone was angry because of something he thought was trivial. He didn't think it meant much to Elijah.

"Is there anything I can do to make your feel better?"

Mr. Theria tried to persuade. Elijah didn't respond. Theria thought Elijah needed time. So he didn't force Elijah to say her wish.

Mr. Theria also worried that if he continued to urge it would only make Elijah say a wish that he could not grant. For him, he had already apologized and didn't have to repeat it. It can make the atmosphere worse.

A tinge of sun-tinged color in the hills seemed calm. Like there is no past or future. The light was created to improve the mood.

"Max didn't intentionally leave me here, was he?" Elijah finally speaks for her feelings.
