Melianor's Vision

This is Melianor's workspace. The walls of the room are bookshelves that soar up to the sky. The ceiling that feels very far away is decorated with classic paintings. The characters and backgrounds in the painting tell something.

Among the wonders of books and classical paintings, that woman was standing in front of a three-dimensional carved table of the sea. The woman looked serious in a zinc wood color dress. The dress exposed her soft and delicate shoulders. Her hair was slicked back, she wore thin makeup with maroon lipstick on her lips. Her attention was focused on the surface of the table.

"Melianor," Mr. Theria called out.

"How's it going?" asked Melianor.

"She's fine. I left it in the dining room," Mr. Theria replied flatly.

Melianor looked relieved.

"When she wakes up, what does she remember anything?"

"There is nothing specific. She reveals nothing but wanting to know where Max is. Even so, I know she's hiding something."

"Yes, it looks on her face isn't it?"

Theria nodded.

"Her face reflects her inner voice, even if her conscious mind tried desperately to ignore it."

"So, what do you think?"

"I haven't concluded anything yet. We'll see what happens."

Melianor was interested.

"Are you testing her?"

Mr. Theria nodded.

"Earlier I made Elijah enjoy teleportation. During that journey, Elijah's physique was not affected in the slightest. Elijah also did not complain of pain."

"In addition, Elijah was quickly able to adapt to the Magi in the mansion. It made me think that Elijah did have a huge amount of chi energy. It's just that Elijah is still dominated by her human side. I wonder what will happen next."

Melianor seemed to be considering something. Mr. Theria captured Melianor's interest in one of her captions. Mr. Theria waited for Melianor to say what she knew.

"What do you think will happen if she takes off her human side?"

Mr. Theria thought, but then she couldn't make any conclusions. Mr. Theria felt it was too early to deduce anything based solely on her brief observations. Even so, Mr. Theria still conveyed her allegations.

"Her strength was probably more than we could have anticipated," Mr. Theria said of one of his allegations.

Melianor smiled, "That's it?"

Mr. Theria prodded his shoulders.

"Madam, how about you? what do you think of her?"

Mr. Theria changed the atmosphere, smiling. Melianor looked at Mr. Theria, there was something from Mr. Theria's choice of words that made her eager to hit Theria.

"Theria... How many times have I told you to stop that habit?"

Mr. Theria held back the laughter.

"I feel like that way I can get serious with you."

"Enough is enough," Melianor warned.

"Sorry, you just looked so serious, I just wanted to dilute your mood."

Mr. Theria could always guess Melianor's heart, as if he were a soul reader, so Melianor couldn't hide anything from him. Not to be denied, the strata game that Mr. Theria had just done made the veins of her face more relaxed.

"Elijah is here because of Bibi's death. Once Elijah finds out the secret behind her mother's death, maybe Elijah will decide not to join us. The most important moment before that was to find out the secret behind Bibi's death. Her death had a huge impact on the waves of The Wave."

Mr. Theria and Melianor looked at each other and pondered.

"There's been an earthquake lately. From low-to-high-scale earthquakes," Melianor continued.

"Then what do you suspect?"

"I'm afraid that the great flood disaster will be repeated. That's why I look back at this mapping. The earthquake that occurred was not in a natural current. It's like implying wave anger."

Mr. Theria had already guessed it so he wasn't surprised when Melianor said it. He approached Melianor's desk and saw more clearly the images accompanied by corrugated graphics on it. There is also the latitude of mountains and oceans. The image looks like a replica of a map of the world on a flat surface. The wave chart on the map looks alive, like a stock price chart moving in real-time.

"History will repeat itself," whispered Theria. His words sounded like a strangled neck.

"I hope that doesn't happen," Melianor replied.

"I hope Ms. JoydaG brings useful information," Melianor continued.

"I couldn't read everything because there was the Faceless intervention. I don't understand why Faceless appears. I think something happened in the human world as well."

Melianor's face was sad.

If Melianor says so, then something dangerous happened. Could the universe take over by its power to return the waves of Wave to their original frequency?

"When will they arrive?"

Only that question was finally uttered by Mr. Theria's tongue. After saying it, his tongue still felt heavy because there were words that did not become spoken.

"Maybe this afternoon."

Mr. Theria nodded understandingly. Although wishing they had come sooner, Mr. Theria did not reveal that.

"There's something about your feelings, right? Why don't you just say it?"

Melianor had just realized that Mr. Theria was refraining from saying anything bad.

"Just say it."

Melianor encouraged Mr. Theria to reveal it. However, during this time they maintained a relationship in an open way to each other. That's why she could quickly feel if Mr. Theria still wanted to say something.

"Are you okay? Elijah put Max as her guard and it looks like Max can't ignore her."

Melianor sighed. One of her palms was now propping her body to the table.

"Max is indebted to Bibi..."

Melianor didn't finish the sentence. Mr. Theria didn't urge her to reveal everything. Mr. Theria knew Melianor couldn't lie. If she lied, her Magi's strength would be reduced. Staying silent can be the only way if there is something that cannot be expressed easily. It's her habit. Mr. Theria understood and so accepted Melianor's attitude.

"I'm happy if we can depend on each other until the end," Mr. Theria said, whether it could make Melianor feel better or not. Mr. Theria just wanted to say that he would always be there for Melianor.

Because Melianor did not quickly respond, Mr. Theria noticed Melianor's strange attitude, only then realized that Melianor's words were stopped not because Melianor objected to Max being close to Elijah but that something bigger had entered Melianor's radar.

Mr. Theria saw Melianor's pupils change. Melianor's head was slit to the ceiling. Her gaze was fixed somewhere. Mr. Theria has often noticed changes in Melianor's expression and pupils like that, but still can't help but worry if it happens. Bad things could be happening right now.

Mr. Theria held Melianor's shoulder. Perhaps about five seconds later Melianor said, "Elijah," with a pale face.

Felt bad premonition, Mr. Theria teleported to the dining room corridor, pushing the two dining room doors that were closed by himself a few minutes ago. His heart was pounding when he saw the contents. It's Empty.

Melianor's vision was never wrong.

Mr. Theria circled, trying to find traces. Who knew Elijah left something that clarified her current position? Unfortunately, there isn't a clue. The only evidence that Elijah was ever there were leftovers on a plate.

Mr. Theria looked at the bookshelf he had positioned himself before. Mr. Theria observed the bookshelf from top to bottom, not missing a single piece.

At first glance, nothing has changed. To confirm his guess, Theria pulled a book from a neatly arranged book on a shelf. Mr. Theria found something that impressed him. This is clear evidence Elijah is somewhere, in a very strong Magi zone and only Elijah can get herself out of there.

This is the first time this has happened in a long time. The last person to experience it was Max.

Mr. Theria's mind was filled with storms as his two eyeballs looked at the pages of the blank book. His heart was pounding, impressed but beset.

Mr. Theria opened another page of the book and everything was in the same state. The paper that was neatly and beautifully volumes into the book was supposed to contain verses, but everything was gone, the paper was clean as if no one had ever written a hand there.

"Kinnaras responded to something from Elijah. Who exactly is she?"

To become calmer, Mr. Theria took a breath and exhaled in meditation mode. Afterward, Mr. Theria was relieved.

For a moment, Mr. Theria was sure there was nothing to worry about in a situation that felt like entering a gambling area. Mr. Theria rushed back to Melianor's work hall space.

Mr. Theria is deliberately not teleported because it still has to be energy efficient. Not to forget, Theria carried several books in hand. Mr. Theria also returned the bookshelf to the library with Magi power.

In one click, the bookshelf has disappeared from the dining room. After that, Theria left the room. The door closed itself behind him. As Theria walked quickly down the hallway, his back looked like an accomplished scholar.

When entering Melianor's work hall, Mr. Theria saw Melianor already sitting weakly in her favorite lounge chair. In front of Melianor, there was Max who took Melianor seriously. The two of them look like just argued and Max tried to apologize. Max's not wearing a top. His wet hair showed just finished shampooing and rushed here when he felt Melianor's aura churn.

Mr. Theria didn't like the view.

The fact is ... Max likely just heard an explanation from Melianor that made her exhausted. Max helps her sit in a lounge chair so that her mental and physical well-being improves immediately.

With jealousy on hold, Mr. Theria approaches Melianor and Max with information that must be conveyed immediately.

"The dining room was empty and Elijah was gone. The writing on the pages of Kinnaras' books is also missing."

Mr. Theria then put down the books she was referring to. Melianor's hand moved weakly, pulled a book, placed it on her lap then opened page after page and found its contents blank as Mr. Theria had said. The look in her eyes then moved to the other side.
