The Tattoos and The Spells

It seems that she is very interested in this kind of spellcaster enemy type. Is it possible that it is because she has never encountered anything like this? Joy listened with both ears and eyes, great, interesting development, the fight just now seemed to make them closer, Nija muttered silently inwardly.

"Every human being has a third eye. That eye will be open if that person develops the spiritual world. The third eye could be opened to many things, in Jono's case he used it to master black magic. Unfortunately, we don't have time to know what the main motive is," Madhu looked quite proud to be able to explain that far.

"How can you see the third eyes?"

"I trained myself to own and expand its scope. Before becoming a Mantis, I was an exorcist who used spells, my mentor developed my abilities by utilizing weapons and scattering weapons so that I could penetrate the spiritual fortress-like before. If you awaken your third eye, I think you can also see it clearly, so that you don't do that anymore," this time there was a soft flash from both eyes of Madhu as he uttered it.

"Do what?" Nija was curious this time.

"She was almost wretched for attacking Jono who was in the circle of spiritual armor," Madhu replied as he raised JoydaG's arm, he revealed the red color of Jono's protective fortress sting marks that had not disappeared.

Nija observed the sting marks.

"You can bear it?" Nija was quite amazed by JoydaG's stubbornness when it came to enduring the pain.

JoydaG pulled her arm. She didn't say anything. She saw that someone came among them delivering a hot pot dish of Javanese Noodle for three people. They also put tempe mendoan, egg satay, chili sauce, and hot unsalted tea for three people.

"Why are you interested in spells? do you want to learn it? your spiritual ability is already high enough to be able to use an ancient dagger to kill demons yesterday, so I don't think you need any additional abilities," Nija moved the fork and spoke as if he didn't care about the meaning of the sentence. Madhu listened to the sentence seriously and found some things felt out of place.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with it if you want to know, but to master it you will take a long time," Madhu said, holding up the unsalted tea glass.

"I didn't intend to master the spell. I think each person has been equipped with their own talents, and I'm definitely not a spell reader. I can only allocate my spiritual energy into weapons," when JoydaG spoke, Nija and Madhu stopped eating. They listened to it.

JoydaG, who realizes noodles can expand horribly if they are not eaten immediately, allow them to eat while listening. She also began to eat the noodles.

"I want to know from when Madhu said someone could use the body as a ritual tool. From where did you know he was going to use it?" JoydaG implies she has conjectures.

Madhu swallowed the noodles first and then replied, "That's because I did the same."

He then undressed, revealing half of his body covered with tattoos to the shoulders.

"Oh," JoydaG was amazed. "To be able to master it, how long will it take?"

"For me, it took me ten years. Tattoos, ah, in fact, the name is not a tattoo, but so be it, it's easier so right? well, all of this is made one by one, it can't be all at once. If it were all at once, I could get poisoned, and also my spiritual energy might not be able to bear it," Madhu said.

Nija still continues to eat even though JoydaG and Madhu's conversation is getting more serious.

"The first tattoo I got when I was in junior high school, it was the first time my sixth sense was exposed. This tattoo image appeared."

Madhu then explained how he got his first tattoo. The journey from receiving the sixth sense is open to being able to use spells for quite a long time, it took ten years. Then added another ten years to increase the power of his spiritual energy to the point of making spells and weapons able to connect with each other.

"I have to do it carefully. There have been several accidents, but they can still be tolerated by my body. My mentor continued to help me and directed me to be able to master both of them safely, then use them to... well against someone like Jono."

JoydaG looked amazed. While Nija is satisfied with the development of their relationship.

"And Jono... do you think he is in the process like you have experienced?"

Madhu shook his head. He glanced at his fluffy noodles. He became less and less interested in eating it when his conversation with JoydaG was more pleasing to him.

"Jono probably just got it. Maybe it started when he was working on the dock. Then, he secretly tried to exercise that new force. Without a mentor, it would be difficult."

JoydaG's forehead frowned.

"Didn't it mean that he has high abilities? Because he knows how he does it by himself."

"Yes. I admit he does have the ability. It's just that he is in a hurry to test his abilities," Madhu said.

"And that's an advantage for us," Nija interrupted happily.

Madhu nodded in agreement. While JoydaG pondered.

"There is still something you are curious about?" Nija had already finished the noodles first. Now he raised the fried tempeh and then pointed it at his mouth.

"I just think that one day I will face a black spell reader again, I want to know how to defeat it. What you did just now, I couldn't do it, so I wanted to figure out how to defeat such a person without having to master spells."

Nija quit his activities for a moment. He looked at Madhu. Maybe they both feel the same way, today JoydaG gives the impression of being very approachable. Her coldness had already turned into a warm attitude. The two smiled at each other.

"Ah, that matter, I will tell you someday. We will serve together until some time, I think if they want to change the team again I will refuse," Madhu began to express his feelings blatantly, he then enjoyed his Javanese noodle tub which had expanded more vigorously.

"Only this time I tasted eating deliciously."

Isn't it because you are happy to be able to talk to Joy longer than usual? Nija whacked during the swallowing of her food.

JoydaG responded, "Um, yes, thank you," her phrase made the two men in front of her gawk for a moment. They hide happy faces by devouring each other's food. Nija turned her face and looked at the road, she didn't want to be caught smiling.

JoydaG, who didn't know what was going on between them, just observed. In her mind, she wondered why they looked happy? Are they like that every time they complete a mission?

When they had finished their big meal, they enjoyed a relaxing time with snacks, tempeh mendoan, and satay eggs left.

"In addition...." JoydaG squealed for a moment. She looked at her two friends who looked back at her.

"Besides?" Nija provokes the continuation of JoydaG's sentence.

"Besides, I asked like just now actually also because....." JoydaG hesitated, " I noticed some of the tattoos that were on Jono's body had similarities to those on Bibi's body."

Nija and Madhu constricted. They were indecisive about the direction of the conversation started by JoydaG.
