INK PAINTING PART II

Old man Qian stroked the ink painting gently, "The craftsmanship of this ink painting is quite good." Said old man Qian while stroking his chin. "Li Duanduan's image. Uh! It's written Tang Yi's name, Tang Bohu."

Old man Qian took a more serious look at the painting, "Judging from the style of the stamps and the words in the writing, it does have the same style as Tang Bohu."

Turning the ink painting to see the other side, "The drawings from this painting as well as the book print look quite clever. Pretty good, pretty good."

Mu Qinzi raised an eyebrow, looking at the ink painting, "So, uncle Qian meant that this painting is a real painting?"

Old man Qian chuckled, shaking his head lightly, "This painting is indeed very clever, but also this painting has a very big leak."

Mo Yanyue raised his eyebrows slightly, glancing at Fayanna Li quickly. Her eyes met a beautiful face that was still smiling faintly, with mystery in the corner of her eye.

Mo Yanyue immediately hooked the corners of her lips, rising. Of course, Fayanna Li couldn't buy such a useless item. There must be something behind it.

Mu Qinzi hesitantly looked at older man Qian. Is this ink painting fake? If so, did Fayanna Li buy a copy of the picture?

Knock… Knock…

The four of them raised their heads, looking towards the door, where the knocking came from.

Long Yi wore a black long-sleeved shirt, the same black trousers, complemented by a black and red regular fit blazer.

There were two buttons at the top of the made collar, revealing a strong chest full of faint muscles. It makes it seem luxurious and a bit wild.

"You have come, Long Yi?" Mu Qinzi immediately smiled, welcoming Long Yi familiarly.

Long Yi's eyes fell on his cousin, then on the other two, and finally on Fayanna Li.

The two eyes met. Long Yi raised his eyebrows slightly, smiling at everyone as his gaze drifted away from Fayanna Li.

Fayanna Li had no facial expression, looking as calm as a dead lake. Old man Qian nodded at Long Yi, and it seemed they were quite familiar.

After everyone had calmed down, Waited a while, and Long Yi, standing beside Mu Qinzi, stared at the ink painting.

Fayanna Li stroked the painting, "The leak that old man Qian said was…." Stopped at one place and did, "The paper is wrong."

Old man Qian was slightly surprised, looking at Fayanna Li with a strange light in her eyes.

Turning the ink painting towards Mu Qinzi and old man Qian, Fayanna Li said:

"If you look at it, this paper belongs to the Qianlong period. This paper, made from a Chengxi shop modelled after five generations, the eastern state of Tang. This paper is not the same as paper in general, but this paper is made of leather."

The Qianlong period here refers to the reign of the Qianlong Emperor. Namely the Emperor of the Manchus, the sixth Qing dynasty and the fourth Qing emperor to rule China. Qianlong was the fourth son of Emperor Yongzheng, and he ruled officially from October 11, 1736, to February 7, 1795.

"The paper is thicker. Shops that used to copy famous paintings at that time liked to use this kind of paper to trace paintings with this paper."

"From the edges of the paper, we can conclude that this painting made of 377×177 paper is cut into two parts. Otherwise, in the back corner, there must be a stamp. Chengxi shop creation plagiarized ink paintings from the Qing Qianlong dynasty."

Mu Qinzi tilted her head, asking old man Qian, "This Qing Qianlong dynasty ink painting isn't also hundreds of years old?"

Older man Qian sighed, nodding in agreement. "That's right, Qing Qianlong dynasty ink painting plagiarized"

Hearing that, Mu Qinzi immediately understood. After all, a fake is still a fake.

Mo Yanyue looked at Fayanna Li, and he believed that Fayanna Li must have something else about this ink painting. If not, why buy it?

Sensing Mo Yanyue's gaze, Fayanna Li looked at him. Standing next to each other, Fayanna Li is only 167 cm, while Mo Yanyue is 190 cm. The two of them greatly raised and lowered their heads. Their eyes met.

Fayanna Li chuckled lightly, seeing the trust Mo Yanyue put in Fayanna Li and turning his gaze to older man Qian.

Old man Qian also looked at Fayanna Li, "Did Miss Fayanna have any particular reason to buy this ink painting?"

Hearing that, Fayanna Li pointed at the point, "Looks like old geezer Qian is going through some things, take a look at this point."

Old man Qian saw the part Fayanna Li was pointing at and immediately lowered his head to examine it. "Emmm, this part seems like Miss Fayanna Li is right. Judging from the way she traced it, there seems to be something odd about it."

Mo Yanyue smiled faintly, and Mu Qinzi narrowed her eyes, "You mean, this ink painting has something like a mystery?"

Old man Qian nodded but shook his head, "What mystery is in it? We will see later." Old man Qian took the ink painting, "I will take this painting for research, Miss Fayanna Li and the others, please enjoy some tea first."

Fayanna Li nodded in agreement. After all, she believed in older man Qian's honest character. She walked with Mo Yanyue and others, sitting on the long sofa.

Mu Qinzi put down Fayanna Li's tea and the others, a smile appeared on his face. "I like the taste of the tea that Miss Fayanna recommends. Very good."

Mo Yanyue raised his hand, drinking tea. When he heard Mu Qinzi's words, a smile immediately appeared in the corner of his eye. It seemed that he had figured out why Fayanna Li had bought the teahouse.

"Of course, I guarantee the quality of the goods is good stuff." Fayanna Li said with a relaxed expression.

Long Yi raised an eyebrow, "So, the tea came from Miss Fayanna? I'm not surprised by that." Long Yi, who had been silent all this time, looked at Fayanna Li.

A faint smile formed on Fayanna Li's face, looking back at Long Yi. "Master Long is too praising. Although my skills are very extraordinary, it is not good to show off. I'm afraid it will seem arrogant."

Long Yi: "…" I swear to god, never in his life have met a woman with this character.

Mu Qinzi: "…" Couldn't say anything.

Mo Yanyue covered his mouth, hiding the smile on his lips. In contrast to Mu Qinzi, who had a special reaction that looked strange.

Suddenly, discussing a few things, a laugh came from the room where old man Qian was researching the ink painting.

"Hahahaha, what a great painting! Very good! Well! Well!"
