Ace's proposal caught everyone off guard. 

"Hehe, it's not Ace until he does something unexpected." Ernie comments. 

Even the Dragon Saint was surprised by the ex-assassin's actions. 

She looked at Maggie. "Is he always like that?" 

"You have no idea sister." 

Ace stood in front of the Ice Mage. 

"So... What would it be?" 

Jakeem bursts into laughter. "You're a wild one aren't you?" 

He jumps back to create space between them then creates an ice wall. 

"I like your bluntness, but I'm afraid I must reject your offer."

"Ehhh!" The crowd shouted. 

"He rejected..." 

"A chance to join the Aegis clan!?" 

Jakeem presses his hands together. "Icicle Blast!"

The ice wall standing between them began to rumble. 

"Trouble." Ace's senses warned as he enters his Glider mode. 

"Point One: Glider!"
