011 Justifiable Defense

Her small hand brushed like a cat's paw against Pan Hancock's heart.

Phoenix Ivy asked, "Can't you pull it off?"

"If I take it off, would you agree to give yourself to me?" Pan Hancock spoke, his narrow eyes fixed on Forsythia Brown while his hand slowly slid down.

Hehe, what a groper.

She was no longer the old Forsythia Brown who would start a fight at the drop of a hat. Now, she knew what would be most advantageous to her. So, she didn't stop Pan Hancock and just smiled at him.

Gigolo tried to stop her, but Forsythia Brown signaled him not to move.

Seeing that Forsythia didn't stop him, Pan Hancock grew even bolder, thinking she was scared and had given in.

Just as he thought he'd won, Forsythia grabbed the groper's hand, "Mr. Hancock, restrain yourself."

"Restrain? What does that mean? How do you write it?"

"Beautiful lady, all I know is respect."

"For example, I want to respect you."

"Ten times more... however much Enchanting paid you, I'll give you ten times more. Huh?"

Staring at Pan Hancock, Forsythia sighed, "Mr. Hancock, you're just teasing."

"So what if I'm teasing and playing?" Pan Hancock said, getting closer to her ear, trying to take advantage.

"If you tease and play..." Forsythia suddenly pushed Pan Hancock away and, raising her leg, gave him a chest kick.

Caught off guard, Pan Hancock felt an unbearable pain in his chest. With a cry, he flew four or five steps back and fell flat on the stage with his legs in the air.

Forsythia Brown added, "If you tease and play... you deserve a beating."

Everyone must have seen Pan Hancock's groping. Forsythia ignored him, looked down at the audience, and continued, "Ladies and gentlemen, since Mr. Hancock publicly harassed me, I had no choice but to act in self-defense."

It was only then that Pan Hancock sobered up, having been hit by a woman, how could he make a stand in River State? Furious and humiliated, he shouted, "What are you waiting for? Give me a hand... "

Nobody heard what Pan Hancock said next, because chaos broke out. As soon as he gave the order, his bodyguards started to rush towards Forsythia Brown.

Gigolo wanted to help, but Forsythia pushed him away and smirked, "Stand aside, this has nothing to do with you."

Hearing that, gigolo crossed his arms and leaned against a pillar, saying, "Fine, if you can't handle it, I'll step in."

Hehe, Forsythia said, "Today you'll see what a real fight looks like."

It had been so long since she'd had a fight, her hands were itching. Now that she finally had a legitimate reason to defend herself, she could at least let off some steam.

As they talked, Forsythia skillfully countered a punch from the first bodyguard, used her momentum to move forward, and threw a swift roundhouse kick that sent the second bodyguard flying more than six meters away.

"Great! Great! Great!"

"Amazing!"

Apparently, a fight could be quite entertaining, especially a fight involving Phoenix Ivy.

The first floor was chaotic, but the atmosphere was still electrifying.

Second floor.

White Palmer, Norton Jarvis, and Josh Levs all looked at Gem Atkinson, who remained unmoved, his eyes fixed on the fight on the stage below.

Meanwhile, in the room next to them, a man sat on a leather sofa, with his long legs crossed and two beautiful women snuggled up to him. He watched the fight intently as if it was some sort of spectacle.

The man had a muscular build, with brown hair and beautiful peach blossom eyes. He squinted at the chaos on the first floor, a smug smile on his face.

The woman in his left arm said sweetly, "Third Brother, look at the Phoenix you dote on. Aside from singing and dancing like a lady, she fights like a bandit, not like a woman at all."

The woman in his right arm also whined, "Yes, Third Brother, you're still injured. Forget about her. After you're healed, we'll take care of you."

The man surrounded by the women was none other than the current leader of the Red Blossom Society and the big boss of Enchanting, Yigol Foster, known as Third Brother.

Watching the fight on the stage, Yigol Foster couldn't help but recall his first meeting with Forsythia Brown two months ago.

Once an untouchable young lady and the young Mrs. Atkinson who had been showered with love, she had later become a prisoner. It would be ridiculous if he, a veteran in River State, didn't know Forsythia Brown.

Two months ago, when he was just back from a business trip and visited Enchanting, he happened to see Forsythia Brown drinking away her sorrows.

Forsythia Brown, drunk, went up on stage and impulsively performed a dance that could only be described as "splendid and dazzling." At the time, she made everyone in Enchanting go wild, including Yigol Foster himself.

He ordered his men to investigate her discreetly.

He soon received news: Forsythia Brown was released from prison early, but due to the pressure from the Atkinson Group's Human Resources Director, she had been unsuccessful in finding work and was drinking to drown her sorrows.

Previously, because of Gem Atkinson, he could only watch Forsythia Brown from the shadows. Now that she had severed ties with Gem Atkinson…

A perfect opportunity lay before him. If he didn't seize it now, when would he?

So, at the time, taking advantage of her intoxication, he invited her to talk. It happened right in the private room he was in now.

"Miss Brown, would you be willing to condescend to perform at my Enchanting? I assure you that your salary will not be lower than that of white-collar workers in the office buildings."

Yigol Foster thought that as long as she came, he would protect her for the rest of her life.

At the time, Forsythia Brown, leaning casually on the same sofa Yigol Foster was now sitting on, smiled and asked, "Aren't you afraid the Atkinson Group will suppress your Enchanting?"

Maybe it was because Forsythia Brown had spent five years in prison that she had acquired a touch of darkness. Though her smile was radiant, it seemed evil, causing Yigol Foster's heart to ache. He replied, "If the Atkinson Group really wants to suppress Enchanting, they will have to skin themselves twice."

Although the Atkinson Group Empire was the overlord of River State, Enchanting could also be considered king of the local scene. There's an old saying: even a strong dragon doesn't fight a local snake. If they really fought, both sides would suffer losses. So, Yigol Foster's words were not an exaggeration.
