274 Almost Didn't Recognize (Second Update)_3

"Hmm, thank you, Forsythia Brown."

"Alright, let's go."

After saying goodbye to Paul and their two sleeping children, Forsythia Brown hurried to the airport with her suitcase.

It was only when Paul and Ave Carlisle returned home and opened the box of local specialties that they found two gift money envelopes inside. Forsythia must have slipped them in when they weren't looking.

"That Forsythia Brown," Ave said, with an indulgent smile.

"What's this?" Paul asked, puzzled by the gift money envelopes.

"It's a Yat Nation tradition. When meeting a child for the first time, give them some gift money to ward off evil spirits and ensure their healthy growth."

Paul gave a nod, not entirely understanding.

As for Forsythia Brown, she narrowly made it to the airport and just barely boarded the plane. As luck would have it, she bumped into the female traveler and her group once more.
