499 Pillar of Shame (1st Update)

Forsythia Brown truly couldn't understand why Tiffany Mamet's values could be so thoroughly destroyed.

Despite being entirely at fault, she insisted on believing everything she did was right, even if it meant stealing someone else's husband; she held the banner of love as a justification for all the immoral acts she committed.

Even though others didn't want her, loathed her, and despised her, she stubbornly painted a facade of peace, certain that the right time hadn't come, that the man simply hadn't seen her virtues yet, and that one day he would fall in love with her and come to understand her worth.

So arguing with someone who can't understand plain human speech is pointless.

Knowing full well what Tiffany was getting at, Forsythia's face filled with a feigned smile as she responded to Tiffany's words, "Of course, I certainly know whose it is."
